The quality of Koala’s products is excellent. Today I had delivery of buffet and lamp which complement previously bought dinning chairs. The delivery young buys were polite and very helpful. I highly recommend Koala Living products and service.

Terrible customer service and ridiculous policies on a $10,000 order! I placed an order for 7 items totaling around $10,000. Because they didn't have the items in stock, they had to split my order into three separate deliveries. That was just the beginning of the headache. waiting all that time, I finally contacted them to cancel that item and request a refund. Miraculously, the very next day they suddenly claimed the item was ready for delivery! I told them I still wanted to cancel and get my money back, but they refused, hiding behind their 'store policy.'
To make matters worse, I asked them to provide a $100 voucher they had previously offered to make up for the hassle. They actually rejected my request, stating that since the item was now ready, the voucher was no longer applicable. They then tried to act generous by telling me they would 'waive the delivery fee' for this final drop-off. Are you kidding me? The only reason my order required three separate deliveries is because THEY didn't have the stock! Acting like they are doing me a favor by not charging me for their own inventory problem is an absolute joke.
Save yourself the stress and spend your money elsewhere. Once they have your money, they do not care about customer service."
Beautiful furniture however we experienced issues after issue with koala living including scratches they are not willing to replace my furniture piece that were affected, my furniture 2 pieces were assembled wrong by koala living on 2 separate occasions and in general I can honestly say the team really doesn't care. variation is due to the natural characteristics of Chenille fabric and how it reflects light differently, the difference feels beyond what would be considered normal for identical chairs. Unfortunately, Koala Living did not offer a replacement or refund, stating that this was not a manufacturing fault.
The chairs themselves are comfortable and stylish, but the colour inconsistency and the lack of resolution from customer service have left me dissatisfied. I would recommend inspecting Chenille products in person before purchasing to ensure you’re happy with the appearance under your home lighting.
after a decent amount of use of the couch i would say it has been very comfortable fitting well into the atmosphere of the house and adding the table and vases was the right choice due to them giving lively aesthetic mixed in with the couch
