I have emailed over two dozen times, daily requesting an update. 10 days later a response to say she was on her ‘rest’ day. Two months later, still not resolved. went to collect it four days later. There was a sign on the door saying they were moving locations. After several calls to head office and investigating bed availability at other stores, it became apparent that the store had gone into liquidation. Several phone calls have been made to head office and we are still waiting on an answer on if and when we will ever see our bed. They have asked us to pay the remainder of the amount owing on the bed, even though they cannot tell us if they will be able to get hold of the bed for us (as in them purchasing the stock from the liquidators). We have been lied to, and I honestly don’t think we will ever see the bed. Disgraceful.

recliner was lost without any idea where it was. It turned up later at another location week later. It was agreed before finding my lost one I could have 2 new lounges then the offer was rejected cos found lounge, I was advised it is just how it was stitched, I had to accept this offer to take new and 1st one as I was going through a emotional crisis at the time I had no fight left after towards and forward phone, emails sending pictures etc, I’d never deal with La z boy again and nor will the people they have looked at my lounge again. part of the sofa out of the 2. The other package delivery was a mattress which i did not order. I made multiple attempts at contacting and providing as much details as possible so that the sofa could be redelivered asap but it was literally the opposite from Brosa.

At the point of delivery, i was away for a short leave. Hence, i could not check it at the very moment. After weeks of waiting and poor communication from Brosa, i have finally gotten a email that the product is now a presale and the waiting time could be up 7th December, Mind you i have made the purchase on 30th June. Additionally, they were very keen and quick on sending details about the return of the mattress but it was the total opposite for the sofa.

Additionally there is no contact number, i have sent multiple emails at getting a refund abut it seems like they are very uncooperative and gone to deaf ears.

Lastly, it is noticed that there are multiple ppl handling this issues but no one actually resolving the problem, i have gotten emails from different support service team which shows clearly that the issues has not been handled professionally. Asking for details and information again when i have already provided all the information.

Personally I would never recommend anyone purchasing products from brosa ever again. Currently, i have sent a email asking for a refund again. Guess it gonna take a week for that reply too.

The extendable section is the biggest issue. The insert/extension mechanism developed a fault and parts began pulling out, making the table feel poorly designed and not durable enough for normal everyday use.

For an extendable dining table, the extension system is one of the most important parts of the product. If that mechanism cannot hold up properly, it defeats the whole purpose of buying an extendable table in the first place.

What made the experience worse was that the problem occurred while the table was still within the warranty period. I contacted Lifely and was initially advised that a repair could be arranged, but later learned that the required replacement parts were not available.

So I ended up with an extendable table with a failed extension component and no straightforward repair available.

For the amount paid, I expected significantly better quality, durability and product support.

The table may look attractive online, but based on my experience I would not recommend it. If you are considering one of Lifely’s extendable tables, I would be very cautious about the construction of the extension mechanism and what support is available if something goes wrong.
