Not happy with 20% restocking fee on top of paying for return , item was unopened, had to return since 2 fans could not be installed. Would not buy from here again.

We purchased 6 x brushed aluminium indoor/outdoor ceiling fans from Ceiling Fans Direct. We did have to wait a couple of months for delivery but we were aware of that from the outset. Follow-up · Fans were well packaged. I was able to get the fans installed by a local electrician without any dramas. I do wish I had measured my existing fans rather than assuming their size. The fan installed in the bedroom is too large, however it works well so no complaints here, just love and learn.

Follow-up · I am very happy with the fans I brought even though it’s winter. I always have my fan on for awhile because I get hot. I just love them. They look amazing. They work fantastic and I got them for a reasonable price. Thank you. Once again. I am thinking of getting an extra control for my bedroom because half the time I figured it on the wall and I’d have to get up and get it. But I’m so happy with it thank you so much. I really recommend them.

Follow-up · We used the fans so much last summer under our pergola. They are not noisy at all & remotes are just inside back door on the wall. We had a electrical company put them in & did a great job.

refund on one fan without success. two emails were sent and the response was still no. Please do your research and purchase from them with caution as there is no leniency with their return policy. Bunnings would have been a better option at the same price. Return was requested within 30 days of purchase. Read all the fine print before buying.

Follow-up · The courier was Aramex. Delivery notices from the courier just stated that my parcel was delayed without explanation and no anticipated delivery date. Then the parcel was delivered within hours of receiving the delivery notice. As other work was booked, the customer had a further delay before installation. Customer was extremely patient and considerate regarding the delay and was very pleased with the end product.

Very impressed with rapid delivery and I would giv u 5 stars but I bought 2 fans. 1 did not work on arriving. I bought 1 more which just arrived. Hoping it works. I was unable to claim for the faulty fan as I paid my sparky cash & you required his receipt.
