Purchased 6 x Franco Breeze fans online. Delivered quickly and have provided a much needed update to my rooms. Opted for the AC versions to use existing wiring and switches rather than having lots of remote controls. Great pricing and quick delivery at no charge from Lighting Illusions. If you want your product in a timely manner, don't bother with this company. Took a month to get my ceiling exhaust fan. Ordered one which took over 2 weeks to arrive. Lighting Illusions blamed the courier company but the tracking number I was supplied did not exist. When it finally did arrive it was the wrong size. I was told I had to return… Read more
before I could re-order the correct size. I would have preferred to just go with another company and get my money back but they would take a 20% restocking fee. I would suggest this is because they appear to be a middle man company. You order through them, they place an order with someone else, wait for it to be delivered to them and then forward on to you. They charged me $15 for the original order shipping, $11.50 for the return shipping, and another $15 for the correct size to be shipped out. By the time I paid for all the shipping back and forth, any savings I had made by purchasing through them was well and truly lost and it ended up costing me way more. Never purchase through these guys again!!!!
Product was shipped in original store packaging with no additional protection, box turned up with damage, hopefully the product is still usable as haven't had a chance to test it yet.

Absolute disgrace. Charge a 20% restocking fee which forces you to exchange rather than refund and then have the nerve to make the exchange as difficult as possible. Acacia Ridge warehouse wanted one days notice when instore said they give 10 mins notice. Then told me to come in but would take them 20 mins to process the refund & re-purchase even… Read more

I needed replacement spotlights to fit existing tracks. Visiting the MacGregor store I found them extremely helpful, listening and discussing my requirement. I bought 1 light and appropriate GU10 bulb to try at home. Pleased with the result and service provided I had no reservation in ordering 5 spotlights to complete the set, which they did over the phone and emailing the invoice for online payment.
