issue by offering me a waived delivery fee and a 50% discount on the same order if I want it delivered again, but I'm obviously not satisfied with this.

I'm glad they've worked for many others before me as seen by the other reviews here, but would *YOU* be happy to spend $80 only for the company to throw your product out, turn around and be excited to give you the opportunity to give them another $40 to maybe do the same thing again? Absolutely unacceptable. As such, I cannot give a review higher than the lowest quantifiable merit.

They will attempt to reply to this and explain how this was really not their fault. The reality is, the delivery service had every chance to ensure the delivery was made, chose not to, and in a weak attempt to frame this as a customer-side failure are choosing to frame the situation as a way where they expect more money from this.

Dodgy and unreliable! – Absolutely useless company. Selected a delivery date for my friends birthday, it wasn’t delivered until 3 days later! Tried to send an inquiry on their website, an Instagram message and an email about the delivery issue and received no response! There are many other comments on their social media with the same issue and no one can get in contact with the company. Dodgy!

Poor, failed to deliver despite clear instructions – Their delivery contractor was poor, failed to appreciate where he was delivering to and subsequently abandoned delivery. I can't comment on the quality of the cakes because it didn't even reach its destination. I would avoid using this business at all costs because they clearly outsource delivery to unreliable operators. Fortunately, the business offered a full refund, but disappointing service overall.

Late Delivery with No Update – Ordered for Friday Delivery for Friday, 25 October but was delivered on Wednesday 30 October for a Graduation Gift. Bad delivery – I selected a delivery date and the balloons for graduation came outside of business.. why have delivery window so late - should have delivery window options as I missed the graduation bc of a late delivery !! Never again!!

Terrible – Dumps box at entrance. We got home after being away all weekend and found this massive box at our door with ants and things living inside it. The best of the best! – I used dessert boxes for every occasion I had! Mother’s Day, Valentines Day you name it I always knew I could go onto their website and there would be something I would need to order. NOT TO MENTION THE DELICIOUS DESSERTS !!! Couldn’t recommend them enough

Avoid at all costs – Avoid them like the plague. I’ve been waiting for a delivery for nearly two weeks and it’s been sitting in the couriers warehouse for that time. Dessert boxes can’t provide and update on when it will actually be delivered. The food will have gone off and using dessert boxes for any present is an absolute waste of your time and money.
