Not only that the material is flimsy and of poor quality. I have now had to request a charge back through my bank and an official complaint with fair trading as Dshop's idea of resolving the issue is a store credit. Why would i want to make another purchase from a company selling knock off items. If you can steer clear of Dshop.

faulty shelf, I had to jump through multiple hoops just to communicate with someone. It felt like they made it far harder than it needed to be.
A company isn’t judged solely by whether a product arrives defective—it’s judged by how it handles the problem afterwards. Unfortunately, the after-sales support fell well below my expectations. I hope they improve both their quality control and their customer service process so future customers don’t have the same experience.

Looks can be deceiving – It's the perfect size w/lots of storage for a small space & I luv the design, layout & the colour ~ 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unfortunately it's not very sturdy & the keyboard slider is flimsy, sticky & a cheap choice. Rugs were so flimsy and poor quality that in gifting then to op shop. In pic you can see a 3 metre square rug that can fold into a backpack size! That's how bad the quality is!

it. It isn’t even heavy enough to smooth out the wrinkles from being rolled. Certainly not even worth the so-called “sale” price. I provided pictures and a detailed summary. After 8 days they got back to me and said there was “no product discrepancy”, but did not rebut any of the evidence I provided. They offered me a voucher which was the equivalent of 8% of the total order.

to put it together. Only two pieces were actually tagged with numbers that corrospend to the instructions. It was so badly made the holes did not line up on the hutch and I was forced to drill new holes to construct it. Ok I hear you say at least you built it! well technically no! effectively yes! The desk came with draws, however the weight of them made the desk top bow even before I put the pc on the desk. To overcome this I had to remove the draws and strengthen the front section so that the desk was safe to use. Obviously the old saying is Buyer Beware! ...so before you buy beware.
The only good thing was the delivery was excellent!

My daughter ordered a product online for me, but when it arrived it didn’t match my decor! It was an error on my daughter’s part not DShop! However the DShop customer service were very helpful and very easy to contact, and their response was prompt! Everything was solved easily and I would recommend this online shop! This company is a scam what you see in the pictures isn’t what you receive the quality is very poor . They have been no help in helping me return my products that were unsafe and refused to send me a pre paid return document so the return is going to cost me 300 to send back with a courier the item cost 200 so all their policies are misleading I would never use this company who make you believe hassle free returns all lies buyer beware

them while using it. The drawers do not have proper runners and simply slide wood-on-wood, which feels very cheap. The assembly instructions are probably the worst part — the writing is extremely small, requiring a magnifying glass to read, and some markings are unclear or do not make sense at all. The desk is also lower than expected and not very comfortable to sit at. Overall, this purchase was very disappointing and I would not buy from this brand again. NOT RECOMMENDED.
I put this comment on their website with my name, etc., and the review was deleted from their website in less than 24 hours. Very disappointing that they only left the high ratings and deleted the real ones, which tells me that there must have been more negative reviews that have been regularly deleted.
Brought massage gun was faulty and wouldnt work or charge asked for return and refund they wanted to give back a good will gesture of about $17 it cost $50 . I had a very disappointing experience with DShop. I placed an order on 4 March for two shag rugs and a TV unit. When the order arrived, the TV unit was delivered in an open carton with essential hinges and screws missing. The rugs were also nowhere near what was advertised. The product description promoted “sink-in comfort,” yet the base thickness is only 5 mm, making that claim unrealistic. More concerning was that the rug surface was extremely slippery, which is a safety hazard in a home with a young child. 
I contacted customer service on 13 March, but did not receive a response until 15 March. Their initial response was to classify the matter as a “change of mind” return and offer a gift voucher instead of a refund.
After some back and forth, they eventually agreed to provide a refund on the condition that I returned the rugs at my own cost.
Before confirming the return, they also required photos showing the items packed and ready for shipment. After I sent the requested photos, they approved the return and advised that the refund would be processed approximately two weeks after the returned package was delivered.
The returned package was delivered on 23 March, however since then customer service has gone completely silent despite multiple follow-up emails requesting an update on the refund.
At this point, it feels like they run a very coordinated and deliberate insincere business model designed to take people’s money while failing to provide the quality and service promised. There is no phone number to contact customer service and no direct email support. The only way to contact them is through their website portal, and responses take an unreasonable amount of time.
I ordered a supposedly fluffy carpet, when it arrived it was nothing like advertised. I contacted them and requested a refund. I asked for return details and they refused to give it until I got really frustrated. I sent back the item express post and I am yet to receive a refund. I have contacted them multiple times and now that they have the item back they have not reached out to me regarding the refund.

and it got deleted. The site deletes critical reviews, and looking at the site now over time, it has fake sales to make it seem like you are saving money, but they never sell it at the higher price.
