Just had a solar battery installed with epic power. Dealt with Peter on the phone he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what he was selling. Here's the kicker. Excellent service, advice and price. Got a FoxESS battery and 10kW inverter to replace my non-hybrid inverter. Time to get an installation date was fast and my system is working beautifully. within 10 days of signing the agreement and would have been done much sooner if it not for my working roster. All packaging and rubbish was left behind by the installer, therefore leaving my bins overloaded for weeks to come, however atleast they had it all packed in the boxes and stacked, but this was not something I had expected nor was told as my previous system install rubbish was cleared and removed from site after install. you do your research and ask all questions prior to choosing your system, I was not aware that in order to have blackout capabilities, an upgrade to your package is required but was not mentioned prior to sale. This is something I do require and was a reason for going with a battery system, and because it wasn’t mentioned, I now have to wait until I can get the money together to pay for it due to it not being discussed and added to my loan application. Outside of that, the system appears to be working well, I may just need to learn more about how to optimise the systems stored power usage vs when it pulls from the grid. Tidy install, they advised best location and accommodated as expected and follow up queries from myself has been delivered promptly by Peter.

installed. Before that I was exporting 6,000 KWh of 10,000 produced. And buying 4,500. Cost to me $1300-1500 a year. The App works great. My energy cost is around $1/ day. I expect 9 months out of 12 like that. Winter might struggle. Very very happy,, the self storage and usage will pay off in 48 months in my circumstances. Great communication from Travis.

Yes, they deserved excellent rate. The price we negotiated, and I was happy with it. Even for the repayments was negotiated. Happy with the workmanship and everything was explained to me.
