They handled things from the start with sympathy and professionalism, approving the case quickly and smoothly. I would also like to say that the main thing that stood out to me was the correspondence. They always answered their phone …..every time ……and or later on their emails and did what they said they were going to do. to do any claims in the first 3 months I had it, and have not had a claim previously, so cannot comment on service yet. I did extend it for another 2 months, however, and have just been told I need blood tests and an urgent ECG, so will be able to comment further after I have put in a claim.
