sent back not to the page that your age was entered but to the beginning and you had to start anew. A little frustrating when I was completing the process for a group which meant a lot of inputting sev real times (Im a slow learner!)

I also attempted to compare a multi trip insurance however this appeared not to be so well thought out. No selection of countries and very confusing so I didn't bother. Whether a multi trip insurance was a more efficient way of purchasing insurance I do not know but the process on the website could be improved. E.G. How many trips? Which countries, Total days estimated overseas etc

Apart from this the whole quote and purchase procedure was reasonable and I will certainly be using you again.

Readyset relayed my email address to a payment portal called Link without any transparency or authorisation. I then had to take steps to delete this account which initially looked very much like a phishing scam. I emailed Readyset about this but have had no response. on any pre-existing medical conditions and not on age, and fortunately for me I don’t have any medical issues. Keep travel insurance to a minimum for travellers who have no medical issues and I’ll use ReadySet all the time. I hope this company keeps my details and record so that next time I use them they will charge me the bare minimum again because I’m a safe bet.
