Jayden talked us through the site and made sure we were good to go, and Glen made sure the install went without a hitch and was a great source of hints and tips. The pool crane operators even let my daughter sit in the cab - all switched off of course - that really made her day! A pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.

From the get go it was fairly easy to choose and order our new pool. Customer service was good, and queries were responded to in a timely manner. Pool installation went well. he’s doing. He works so hard and gave us some great tips during the process. Billing has been a little bit of an issue. We’ve been charged for variations I am still querying as at no stage of the pool installation were we told there would be extra charges. Also awaiting a credit on our account which hasn’t been deducted. I’m sure that will be sorted. Two concerns - we’ve had multiple warranty claims on the equipment since it was installed which is frustrating and has us feeling a little concerned about ongoing issues in to the future. Time will tell. Also, I’d be very careful about selecting a pool colour from the website which shows pool shell and water colours. Our pool doesn’t reflect the images we viewed online, at all. So we are disappointed we didn’t receive the colour we were expecting. I’d recommend visiting a display to see colours in real life. I’d recommend FPP but would give these tips in advance.

installing a pool was the right move for our family, both financially and in terms of timing.
Like any project, we experienced a few minor issues along the way regarding booking dates and some extra sand left on site. However, this is where Luke, our Site Manager, truly stood out. He was absolutely outstanding. Even under what I could see was a great deal of pressure, he always made us feel looked after and went above and beyond to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his commitment to delivering a great outcome gave us complete peace of mind.
Ben and Luke are the reason for my 5-star review. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. They didn't just deliver a pool—they delivered a positive experience for our family.

me informed regularly of the steps leading up to the installation. The install was ment to be a 3 week process, day 1 they dug the hole, day 2 the pool went in, day 3 the guys returned to complete the install and day 4 I had the pencil compaction done. Handover was a week or so later as I had to book it when I returned home from work. Would definitely recommend factory pools to anyone thinking of getting one.

Recently had ‘The Cove 7’ pool installed by Factory Pools Perth. They were excellent to deal with from the sale of our swimming pool to the handover. The whole process went so smooth without a hitch. A huge thank you to Travis, who installed our pool. He was an absolute standout throughout the installation. His professionalism, attention to detail, workmanship and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. He took the time to ensure everything was completed to an incredibly high standard and it was obvious he genuinely cared about delivering the best possible outcome.
The contractors involved were all reliable, courteous and completed their work to a high standard.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering a new pool. If you're looking for outstanding quality, excellent customer service, fair pricing and skilled tradespeople, then you won't be disappointed.
I’m giving this a 1-star review, which might sound harsh given that the pool build itself turned out well. However, my experience after completion has been disappointing. recommended contractors. During a pool build there is a lot of unforeseen additional work — in my case plumbing and landscaping. While I understand these trades are technically independent, they were provided as recommendations and I trusted that they would be reliable and fairly priced.
Unfortunately, I felt significantly overcharged. I was billed approximately $2,000 for around 1.5 hours of plumbing work, and paving was quoted at $260 per square metre — well above typical market rates. This created unexpected cost overruns and put pressure on the overall project budget.
I’m not questioning the quality of the pool itself, but I would strongly advise future customers to independently verify pricing and seek multiple quotes for any external works. In my experience, the recommended contractors were not cost-competitive, and Factory Pools did not take responsibility for the outcome.
Proceed with caution and do your own due diligence.

a May install date we understood we were late to the summer party. Then we got the call that they had a cancellation and could accommodate us almost two months earlier, happy day!
The installation was managed by Matt who was courteous, timely and listened to our requests and accommodated most of them, thanks Matt! Our dig did hit rock and obviously that ended up costing more but we understood that could happen and fortunately was only one day. Kerry and also the accounts team helped the journey positively as well with their timely communication, thanks.
Arlen finished the installation and was one of the most professional we have met ensuring we were informed as he managed the final days and again listened to our requests on the equipment positioning, great job!
Gary came in for the final clean and handover and left us with a clean pool and (mostly!) understanding the complexity of our system.
We are looking forward to many years of happy swimming!
