I recently bought a new Poolrite SQ 750 Junior 1.0 HP pump which was in short supply everywhere due to manufacturer parts shortages. The team at Pool & Spa Warehouse somehow got one to me as a matter of priority. filter, too much lift during backwashing was blowing media out to waste etc. The plumbing was identical but I fitted the new supplied swivel unions to do the job properly. The Poolrite unions are one of the best in the market as they can adjust to less than perfect plumbing alignments. The new pump is quiet for a single speed unit but will be even better with an inverter installed to allow variable speeds. I’ll research these next. The new pump is a perfect match for a 24” filter with 50mm MPV, there’s been a 10-15 kpa reduction in system pressure which means less wear on all the gear. The transaction was simple, updated status when it changed and great high speed delivery with tracking when it could be dispatched. I’m stoked with this purchase and thanks to all the staff who assisted.
I had to purchase a replacement pool cleaner as one of the kids stood on the MK1 Zodiac MX8 provided by the pool installer and snapped one of the roller wheels off completely. yet it wasn’t what I received. I’ll never use this company again, nor will a number of friends I have with pools and spas. The photo I’ve submitted clearly shows the different backing / block. Yet he is telling me I have the correct one. He just wanted to argue. He isn’t ruining my day. “BEWARE FOLKS” Late entry: I am still waiting on the return paid code to return this incorrect product. try, I managed to check out the order using my credit card, but I only received the filter shell and no glass media. I have followed up on the matter with the sales team at least 5 times, and every time I was told that they will ship directly by the supplier and should arrive tomorrow. It has been 10 days now. I have already filled the pool, and the water quality is declining without any filtration, which is likely to cause me to empty and refill it eventually. Frustration is that I have never been told what is the ETA for the media glass, and that they are going to be delivered separately to the filter, and on top of that no responsible response from the sales team. button became inoperative, I contacted the Blacktown store who advised that I needed to contact the head office at Penrith for warranty issues (at this point I was thinking “here comes the run around”). The reply from Penrith was immediate and positive, I was sent an email with reply paid post and instructions for return. I returned the item and within 24 hours received an email, stating they had the returned item, but a replacement item could not be sent for a few days due to nil stock. The replacement pool cleaner arrived within one week from the time I sent the defective item back, at no cost to me. Apart from the unit being defective, I cannot fault Pool-n-Spa Warehouse for their communication and customer service in this instance, would thoroughly recommend and will definitely buy from them again, thank you to Robyn at Blacktown and Robyn at Penrith stores, your attentiveness to customer needs is great.

Corner Brush" from them (Aussie Gold Pool Solutions, Pool Systems, $35) and have found it to be terrific for brushing the curved base and corners of the pool, as well as the steps. It looks like a regular wall brush, but has rounded brush sections at each end (which are removable via clips) and these deal really well with any curved surfaces of your pool. It looks a bit like a regular wall brush with a toilet brush at each end. The people at this Pool and Spa Warehouse were knowledgable in relation to other pool issues we wanted to discuss. As regards the JetVac, whilst we have found that it keeps working really well, with replacement spare parts bought as needed, Pool and Spa Warehouse suggested it might be time to get a new entire body next time we need replacement parts. By the way, I have found that, if you are handy with a sewing machine, you can actually make replacement fine mesh bags for about $3 each (rather than the commercial product at about $56), using white nylon material from Spotlight, grey plastic Flyscreen mesh from Bunnings, and re-using the clear plastic tubing and the white plastic base with lugs from your existing, worn out fine mesh bag. We would happily use this store again.

I emailed 5 days later as I hadn't received a dispatch notification and was told they were behind and it would be 4-5 days.
