When I decided to look for a spa I located one at just spa capalaba, then I looked at 5 other locations across Brisbane and they were good but I returned to "Just spa Capalaba" as i thought they had the best deal & the best insulation for $$$. than ya need. At 61 years young i needed a release from my aches & pains & its helped tremendously. The whole family loves it! One day a week my grandson gets a go & rightly or wrongly we use it as a reward for him.& we drop the temp to 34 so he can have fun too ! Ela at just spas is 1980s era , sales rep! Follow-up · The whole installation process couldn't of been made an easier, every bit of care was taken.The rollup cover keeps the heat in and is a one person installation and removable with ease. The heat pump is super quite hardly know its running, and cheap running on power for a big unit.

So happy with the decision of a swim spa over a pool. Nice to swim at night in a warm pool and relax or drop the degrees fo day before and have a swim in cooler water. The best of both world. Follow-up · Doesn’t take up too much room ours is 4.5mx2.3m. The lights don’t affect your swimming ability. I found it not too hard to maintain the temperature just need to adjust the day before for the right settings. The cover is amazing and a must as they maintain the heat.

their head office from a women named Jodi. She told me they would send out one replacement panel to try and match the external colour, however if it didnt match they would not do any further work to resolve my problem of different shades of external panels. I explained for 40k I expected all panels to be the same shade of grey. She basically said to bad, they will fade in a year and should look the same. Jodi was extremly rude, proving to me that the after sales service is nearly none existent. I asked her if she could see the different shade of panels in the photo I provided and she said they all looked the same, even though Sonny at the Cambridge branch could see the difference(photo attached). After having such great service at the Cambridge outlet we were completley dissapointed with the poor attitude from head office. If we new we were going to recieve such poor after sales service we would not have purchased from this company.

"w**ker". This was when we first politely asked for a refund after council rejected our spa install...an internal email sent to me by someone in that position and this was just the start.
When a company (inadvertently) sends you the internal emails discussing a simple request to return the deposit... its horrific stuff. What it showed immediately was they will take your money and if anything goes wrong, they will plot ways to avoid giving it back. If they had not ripped us of it would be almost unbelievable.
This company takes an excessive and arguably unethical 20 percent deposit from young families to hold an order while it goes through council. SEVEN THOUSAND.... As we found out, they will not give it back even when council reject your application. You cannot install legally but that doesn't bother them at all.
The salesman...[Name Removed] (who laughably bought a pool not a spa for his own back yard) said we were 100 percent covered and was SO nice...then wouldn't even talk to us when Melbourne took over the bullying. Disappointed in you [Name Removed].
No receipt and no signed contract and then [Name Removed] even wrote "refundable deposit" on the invoice. It is a sloppy show to the point their engineering documents were not even signed by their engineer! And don't believe "you can put it on paving or even grass", it is all just a story to get you sucked in. We gave them photos of our setup before ordering, they knew.
The other store manager who fully supported us has been removed from the store now as well.
Consumer Affairs took our case and got involved to get some of our money back which thankfully they did but it was 6 months of stress, and this was supposed to be a spa for health issues which are now worse. Don't do what we did please.
"Just Bullies" kept over two thousand dollars of our hard-earned money for but it was that or court and they actually threatened to sue US as well if we took it further! Stand over tactics are their stock trade. [Name Removed], some kind of " State Manager " does [Name Removed]'s dirty work as a tag team.......but they seem to be very well rehearsed and reading the reviews this is not their first rodeo keeping money. Our social media campaign will hopefully prevent others falling foul of them though.
This is a company to avoid at all costs. Consumer Affairs have the records which are public domain so reach out and get the facts but please be careful. Dig into Spa Industries Global. I wish we had.

PS: I have the engineering documents they are denying were faulty in their response...apparently they are fine...you can decide. They are unsigned and not dated.
