e-mailed, Arvin said the unit would be replaced. Well, to my surprise, not only did a new unit arrive within 3 days, but was an upgraded model, the GT Freedom Plus. Other companies take note, this is how business should be conducted, especially when an item is still under warranty, which is sadly not the case with most companies these days. I wouldn’t have bothered to do this review from that long ago expect I recently had a major disaster with their work and after they refused to acknowledge the terrible work and building code violations and said the insurance had expired. You can see from these pics that the materials and workmanship has completely failed, full of defects, doesn’t comply with any building code, completely negligent. I thought people should be aware and informed of the terrible work and moral ethics of this company. Wisdom is not the company you want to deal with.

correct pool shape (step one) then remeasured the pool 4.0 x 6.8mtr (double checked) and included the figures into the system they provide. For some reason I received a cover 400mm short!! The response was "well you should have checked the system to make sure the measurements you provided transferred to your invoice" - " we have delivered the order we received" So look out and double check your order over and over again before paying. I have a real problem with the fact I followed Pool Express's automatic ordering and am now extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this order system at all.

treatment worked at removing the awful stains from my pool. Before contacting Wade, no one else would help. I was told that the pool would need an acid wash and that it had been ruined by the builder and concreters before even having a chance to use it. I sent photos of the pool to wade and he immediately responded and was confident the stain removal kit would be effective. The results speak for themselves! This is just two weeks after adding the treatment, and the difference is unbelievable. I am so happy with the results, thank you! Before and after pictures attached.
