with the utmost care and detail—my boyfriend loved them! These florists clearly care about both the presentation AND your bank account. The delivery was also surprisingly faster than I expected considering it was same-day, but again, nothing looked rushed at all. After asking a few questions about the delivery, what time the flowers would be delivered. I was informed that Midday would be more likely than early in the morning like I wanted (too have the flowers delivered., I also understand I'm NOT the only client especially on Mother's Day.
So I rang mum for mother's Day about 3.00pm hoping she would be super excited because I had actually never got Mum anything for mother's Day. She didn't mention the flowers. I asked WTH I ordered you flowers for Mother's day they should be there. She was out at the time so I asked her to rush home. She did NO BLOODY FLOWERS .
So I lose my S@## and ring them. That's when this sneaky little Company SHOW there form.
Accused me of lying about the details I was provided before I placed my order.
I was Really angry and quite upset. They hang up on me. It took me 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone because they could see my caller ID on the phone.
The gentleman advised me that they would not take my call as his employees were upset.
Bloody offered a REFUND.
Terrible customer service Lying over the phone just to get my money. I'm unemployed and they new that. Terrible phone skills. Just outright bloody RUDE.

I ended up cancelling the order and demanding a refund. Beyond the inconvenience for me, it also caused trouble for my aunt who was waiting to receive the flowers and surprise my grandmother, only for nothing to arrive.
It’s not just about late flowers — it’s the false promises, poor communication, and lack of reliability. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially if your order is time-sensitive. I suggest choosing one that values your time and keeps their word.

Highly recommended. I have used this business a few times now, twice for sympathy flowers, a couple of times for thinking of you and congratulations gifts and flowers. Everything has always been excellent quality and absolutely beautiful, same day service, excellent communication and the recipients have loved them. I would never use anyone else.
