I ordered a plant and a candle for a friend as a sympathy gift. The plant arrived that day and my friend sent me a photo and there was no candle. I was really disappointed. Before the delivery I became worried because the estimated delivery time had changed. I contacted customer service and received a prompt and very kind reply.
Later, while following the live tracking, I realised the delivery issue was actually caused by my own mistake. I had accidentally provided my daughter's partner's phone number without the Australian country code. As soon as I supplied the correct number, the team updated the details and still managed to complete the delivery successfully. I really appreciated their patience, understanding and professionalism.
The gift arrived just as my daughter came home, while our whole family in Italy was connected on a video call. We were able to watch her receive the surprise live, and it became a truly unforgettable moment.
The only small suggestion I would make is regarding the chocolates. Although beautifully presented, a couple of them tasted slightly less fresh than the others.

from start to finish my experience was so easy. flowers arrived so fast and i was notified when they arrived. fantastic service will definitely be using again.
I looked online and chose based on reviews and being a family business. Ordering was easy and delivery was the following day which was a Sunday. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement she received so satisfied I made the right choice.
I ordered the pink Thinking Of You bunch of flowers and the pamper package The Slow Ritual to be sent to someone special for her birthday. She was very happy to receive them, and I am happy with them also, very beautiful and exactly what I ordered. After asking a few questions about the delivery, what time the flowers would be delivered. I was informed that Midday would be more likely than early in the morning like I wanted (too have the flowers delivered., I also understand I'm NOT the only client especially on Mother's Day.
So I rang mum for mother's Day about 3.00pm hoping she would be super excited because I had actually never got Mum anything for mother's Day. She didn't mention the flowers. I asked WTH I ordered you flowers for Mother's day they should be there. She was out at the time so I asked her to rush home. She did NO BLOODY FLOWERS .
So I lose my S@## and ring them. That's when this sneaky little Company SHOW there form.
Accused me of lying about the details I was provided before I placed my order.
I was Really angry and quite upset. They hang up on me. It took me 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone because they could see my caller ID on the phone.
The gentleman advised me that they would not take my call as his employees were upset.
Bloody offered a REFUND.
Terrible customer service Lying over the phone just to get my money. I'm unemployed and they new that. Terrible phone skills. Just outright bloody RUDE.

I ended up cancelling the order and demanding a refund. Beyond the inconvenience for me, it also caused trouble for my aunt who was waiting to receive the flowers and surprise my grandmother, only for nothing to arrive.
It’s not just about late flowers — it’s the false promises, poor communication, and lack of reliability. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially if your order is time-sensitive. I suggest choosing one that values your time and keeps their word.
