return the item but given that it came soiled the right thing for them to do is to replace it they expect me to put it outside to check for more bugs etc. Which I find totally unacceptable. I was so embarrassed that the plant was diseased I would never order from this outfit again given that they don’t stand behind their product and are not willing to do the right thing. I have since received an email proposing a refund of the terrarium cost or replacement of the terrarium . I have chosen refund for which has been processed.

asked for the photo of arrangement that I purchased, instead of the full flower arrangement that was sent to the funeral home, I only got a partial glimpse of a blurred photo of what I purchased. I have sent so many flowers everywhere and it is a norm for the courier to take to flower to the venue, put it there and took a picture of it to be sent to the sender, but it seems that your courier is just too busy with other delivery neglecting the customer service. Honestly, I would never recommend your service to anyone knowing the outcome is like this. Btw, the flowers sent is way too far different from your the picture on your website ((which surprisingly has been taken down once my flower was delivered).

the morning to keep it extremely fresh and beautiful, which gave my aunty’s family the great idea to call her florist to do the same for her funeral service gift. On top of it, they were very promptly accommodating any requests we had for the last minute time change, due to misunderstanding of wrong date, I called at 7:00am they still pick up and happily to assist us to move it to the week after with just 1,5 hours notice in advance (I do not recommend anyone to make this mistake, since this can be very costly for all sides and cost involved, always double check and triple check the correct funeral dates!). On top of it they delivered on time with beautifully fresh smelling flowers and looking so stunning in a very beautiful wreath, my mother in law liked it so much she kept thanking my dad about it and it was beautifully buried together with my grandma in law. There were a bit of mishap but Hana promptly solved it with a timely manner. Their service was perfect and they have gone above and beyond. Definitely highly recommended and would definitely using their service again. Thanks guys! You’ve saved and made our day and our Nana must be pleased with the gorgeous wreath she received from my Dad.

Not only did the whole village get to see the flowers and the balloon, but also my mother, who was not expecting anything on that working day, was full of surprises. If you say "Pale Pink chrysanthemums", they are not supposed to be "dark magenta", choose at least white ones or whatever light colour you have, otherwise instead of promised "super dreamy" you provide us with "super gloomy" and it is very upsetting.
