perform well; they are performing terribly (green graph). The other 10 panels on the west roof start picking up at 12 pm and shut down around 1 pm every day (brown graph). There is a faulty panel or loose cable that needs fixing. The installer has acknowledged and agreed to fix these issues, but has not shown up for inspection so far despite making multiple promises. One month has passed; now I am counting on Consumer Protection for a way out. Their lower price is not worth the trouble and the broken system, in my opinion. I do not recommend going with this company.

Just had our solar panels and fox ess battery unit installed .very happy with the whole experience the installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and Robert has been very professional to deal with .installed on the day as planned. happy customer. Highly recommend .price was very competitive as well compared to the other quotes we got for the same Fox ESS brand unit and same brand panels .thankyou team.

Fortune Solar completed the installation of solar panels and batteries within 2 weeks of my accepting their quote. The pricing information in the company's quote was transparent. I found their service reps Ash and Brinda very patient and helpful with my queries. The contractors who did the installation were punctual, professional and left the worksite spotless. I would recommend the company for anyone in the market for solar and batteries.

They use different contractors to install the product, hense quality control and standard of installation will differ. What’s worse is their staff keep using different fake names like “Jake”, “Mark”, “Phillips” and others when talking to customers, which makes communication confusing and unprofessional.

Now they have sent me a payment demand even though the system is not fully completed.

Very unprofessional company, poor communication, and zero responsibility. I strongly do NOT recommend Fortune Solar to anyone.

Ignored by [Name Removed] our sales person. Some of the work in the roof was not the best either, Insulation left off, Junction box taped up and tucked under the insulation, instead of mounted to beam. Very poor experience. Avoid the bad experience. Also after the install the fitter said to say no if and external inspector requests to Inspect (Related to roof height and there location fitment) *** BIG RED FLAGS *** Stay Away

[Name Removed] pulled strings and managed to get an install date before my overseas trip, I have been able to schedule all my jobs and the team have been accommodating to my schedule (CONTINUE READING I WAS WRONG)

This review will be updated with my experiences as the installation moves forward.

After the last update I have come to the conclusion that this company is incredibly dishonest and can not be trusted, I should have moved company when I had the opportunity.

They have delivered a battery but have proceeded to make me find another installer to finish the job. IM CONVINCED THIS WAS JUST A WAY TO GET MY DEPOSIT/GOV REBATE!

it all started when I was ment to have an installation on the 14th. I was called by [Name Removed] saying the installation can only happen in the garage AND I MUST PAY MORE (despite me having the guidelines an engineering degree and a tap measure saying otherwise.

Then on the 11th they said they fired their installer as he refused to do a job, so it will be moved till the 17th.

Then on the 17th I had to call them repeatedly, my calls rejected so I got my friend who took the day off work to make sure they had someone there. We were then told that their installer fell off a roof. And it won't be going ahead.

Now I'm left with batteries against a wall and have to find a new installer to complete the job

So pleased with new 15kW battery install, cabling and app configuration. FS also did our solar and a similarly brilliant job. Can't recommend highly enough.

pricing is not very low but not also very high compared to others. And Sean, their boss, or their business consultant is very accomodating. Very truthful and frank.

I was scheduled to have my solar/battery by the end of March 2026, but I wanted to have it installed the soonest. Then Sean asked me to pay the full amount and the solar will be installed the following day. I was kind of shocked. Not because of their quick response but of my problem where to find the money.

The following day the installer KD Electric Pty Ltd was there with the Jinko panels and Sungrow battery and inverter. They removed my old 3kw solar panels and 5kw Growatt inverter and replace them with the new one. The director of KD Electric answered all my questions regarding the back up. Also Sean enlightened me about the expense of the total black out back up, so I just settled for a partial back up. The installation was not quick but they finished it even up to 9 pm, almost dark. The system was tested. It was working very well. They clean the area too.

The following day, all my electrical loads, including charging my EV were supplied from the solar/battery system. I would say, none from the grid. I am thinking now of converting all my gas appliances to electric so that I can maximise the use of my solar/battery system. This way I can have a quick ROI.

So, thank you very much Fortune Solar and KD Electric. I salute you. You are professionals.
