Purchased Mailing Boxes and I couldn't believe how sturdy and strong they were. I have been purchasing these same boxes from other sites for the past 4 years and never have they been this sturdy. Please keep it up I will definitely only use Gift Packaging & Accessories for there Mailer boxes and as a bonus from order to delivery it was only 2 business days! Show reply

Great quality satin ribbon. We have a pretty specific corporate green and I got so nervous you would run out, I couldn't help but order more. Unreliable – Ordered bags and waited and waited. I finally made contact and was sent email late delivery due to flooding. If this was a concern anyone placing an order should have been notified of the delay. have a credit note as per policy. I have no bags which are required for a conference and when they finally arrive they are not needed. Never again.

Bad service – I wanted a refund as the bags I ordered were to big. Nothing had been opened or used and was told I had to pay 20% refund charge for them to restock these items on their shelf.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible – Placed an order on 6th Dec and understood that there are shipping & Delivery delays, Items shipped on the 9th Dec. 10th Dec my items are in Sydney, just sitting there for more than a week and still no sign of moving. Called Couriers Please, they no-longer take phone calls, so called Gift Packaging & Accessories and they can't contact the couriers as well, now told they have been having problems with this courier company for weeks now ( Thanks ) and told if I don't want the items when they finally turn up I can reject them and have the Courier return them to the store, but no refunds, only store credit and I have to pay for the shipping. For a pure “information-only website” disclaimer, that is fairly common. But if this language is being used to cover the sale of goods or services to consumers, it goes too far. ACL says terms are void to the extent they purport to exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees, and the ACCC says businesses can’t say they “aren’t responsible for problems with a product or service” or otherwise take away those rights.

I recently ordered custom‑branded boxes from this company and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the boxes exceeded my expectations, the pricing was extremely competitive, and their customer support team was outstanding throughout the whole process. I ordered 20 tear ribbons, 2 different sizes & and colours, and I'd just like to say the product was GREAT QUALITY. White tear ribbon has been hard to find so happy I found it on this site. My only complaint is the courier and where they left the package, I have a front door. Show 2 replies
