Highgrove Bathrooms

Did click and collect for an item that was in store. Got an email stating can take up to 10 days. After 5 days I rang store and was told it was ready. I said I would pick up next day, and advised it would be ready to collect. (Next day I finally got the advice that my order was ready.) I went to store only to be told the forklift guy was out and come back in 3-4 hours. Horrible service. Show details

I’ve written a review twice on their website and it’s not been published. We bought a diamond shower from them that leaks every time it’s used. We’ve even put a plastic strip on the bottom of the door, this only limits the amount of water that escapes. Everything we purchased for our bathroom was from the recommendations of staff in store.

bathroom products right on when Highgrove were having a 20% sale, most pleasant surprise, like our previous sales person John helped us through and ensured we got our items which matched our ensuite. I was recommended to Highgrove via my plumber and I must say, they have fitted my bathrooms renovations and I am extremely happy with the company, I would encourage anyone who is looking for bathroom renovation fit outs to go into Highgrove, great prices, great products and they have everything you will need for your fit out . Bathroom Hardware – Shopped online and bought shower rail, shower head, shower waste grate and hand shower. experienced multiple issues with our order:    •   Pick-up orders were incorrect, requiring us to return not once, but twice.    •   The wrong benchtops were provided with incorrect cut-outs.    •   Despite the mistake being theirs, we were told they couldn’t deliver. Then, three days later, a driver unexpectedly arrived with the benchtop we’d already picked up!

While mistakes happen (and we understand that), repeated errors reflect poor management. What made it worse was the manager’s attitude—becoming angry with us over mistakes they made was both unprofessional and deeply disappointing, especially given the respect we’ve always had for the company.

The lack of empathy for our situation is what prompted us to write this. We had to reschedule builders and plumbers, only to be told repeatedly, “Yes, it’s our mistake, but you’ll have to fix it.” At one point, we had to drive to another store—almost a two-hour round trip—to resolve the issue. And even then, we had to contact the Underwood store ourselves to sort it out (they were VERY helpful, by the way). Highgrove Labrador wouldn’t even make the effort to call and coordinate for us.

Highgrove Bathrooms is a great store, offering excellent value for money and usually outstanding service. However, based on this experience, I strongly advise avoiding the Labrador store if you value good customer service.

average quality of toilets – Great customer service but the quality of their products are not the best. Bought 2 different toilets and when you flush the water sprays out of both of them. Also, the toilet flush plate is a cheap plastic. Show details

Vanity not fit for purpose – Bought a small 750mm vanity. Had a small water leak over a very short period of time. Water ruined the cabinet as it entered though several place were there is exposed chip board inside the cabinet. Placed a claim as advised by the place of purchase. Warranty sent explaining that it was not water resistant as stated. "for example the exposed… Read more

chipboard" Warranty rejected as it was caused by a leak and product is only water resistant. Definition of water resistant is "can withstand water for a short period of time". But Highgrove will not honour this. Not happy, contacted head office, to advise of intention to take matter further, only after this they eventually came back with a free door as a goodwill gesture. Any product that has exposed chipboard is in no way Water Resistant. I consider this product not fit for purpose. What would water or moisture be doing in a Bathroom ?

In the end all I got was the offer of a free door as a goodwill gesture. After being advised the door was ready to collect my wife made a special trip to collect it, only yto be told it was received damaged and another was ordered. Why did they not inform us of this is just very poor customer service. Do not buy anything from Highrove

Great customer service – Jayden spent nearly 2 hours with us on a busy saturday morning, helping us work through all our requirements. He had great ideas but didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. When we needed a revised quote a few days later, he did this for us immediately. Highgrove bathrooms mandursh – Looking for a new bathroom vanity I found highgroves quality/price easily superior to others and purchased a vanity, stone top, basin etc. after tiling I was disappointed to find the vanity purchased would no longer fit. James went above and beyond to accommodate me and refunded on all of the products. I was so relieved. Can’t recommend them enough personally. Poor quality products – Highgrove Bathrooms have inferior products and they do not honour their warranty. Their customer service is shocking. Two slow closing toilet seats malfunctioned within the warranty period. The first toilet seat broke after a few months but I did not claim on the warranty. The second toilet seat broke after a week.
