Olivia from the installation department then took over with booking me in with their regional installation contractor and followed me up as time drew near. The installation team arrived promptly on the promised day and completed the entire setup by 3pm. The attached screenshot is from their mobile application which shows the excellent performance in fully charging my 20kw battery array from 50% to 99% by 1:30pm the day after install (scattered clouds early winter) Hand on heart I highly recommend Igreen Energy and appreciate their expertise in creating a great solution for my Solar energy future.

The Alpha ESS battery is great. Install was good quality and clean. We had to wait a fair while between sign-up and install so additional communication/updates would be good. Energy to access wholesale electricity and FIT prices and using their Smartshift AI technology we already have a small credit to go towards daily supply charges and Amber's monthly fee and its still Winter! We would highly recommend iGreen to anyone planning to install a solar panel array and/or battery system particularly now the battery cost is reduced by 30% thanks to the Commonwealth Government's battery rebate scheme.

Competitively priced and very responsive – Installation and documentation were completed smoothly in less than 3 weeks of paying the deposit and the team has been very responsive. The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars here is that I am still waiting for the moment of truth when the system is up and running upon fixing of my meter (pending from my electricity retailer).

may have his name incorrect, apologies if I have wrong) his rude, aggressive and impatient phone manner soured the whole experience somewhat. Apparently, we had misunderstood info from the Electrician on the day, that the Certificate of Compliance would be issued immediately, followed by the invoice for balance of job. Rishwan advised that no documentation would be forthcoming until final payment had been receipted, otherwise "how do we know you will pay"? My response "maybe enforceablility of the contract I signed". Rishwan also commented that the particular contractor had been "spoken to", sorry to that particular electrician if his 'talking to' was as stinging as my interaction was. Overall, great customer service, products, process and install, which is why we came back.

the bracket for it, after that I called John to put batteries, he lied like usual about the federal and nsw rebates,
And I can prove it by how many contracts he send me, then I made the deal with him he charged me for 3 batteries after rebate $4000 His lier because after he said I can’t do it you have to pay $7000,
Then I showed him a quote from another company $5920 for 30kw
The we agreed but he lied about the finance he told me interest free, actually it wasn’t, he was charging me $1000 extra
I called he was rude and he told me, be quite let me talk and you don’t even understand the way his talking, I asked him to cancel the contract and he said you will loose your deposit, I said to him no that’s illegal I have 10 days cooling off
And the deal was $6000 for 30 kws I asked John if I want to do finance do I pay more and he said no only $200 I took the deal he send me the link from bright finance and the total was $6418 I called John I said to him why and he said the finance company they charged us more then private, I didn’t believe him so I called the finance company and he told me no that’s completely wrong, you only have to pay $200 extra

Two days ago I received and email from John asking me to pay %50 before installation, and the actually contract says full amount after installation, I sent an email to John I told him that’s illegal you breaching the contract,and he said the manager he changed his mind and he decide to take %50 percent.

I didn’t have the funds upfront, but Andy helped set me up with finance provider who set up an easy, weekly payment plan that’s actually less than 50% what I used to pay for electricity. Living in an area with frequent power cuts, Morris went above and beyond to assist me with setting up the app that monitors the system’s performance. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, ensuring I understood how to use it. He even made a follow-up call to make sure everything was working smoothly!
The app shows me daily and total power generation, and I’ve found that during the day, I rely entirely on solar energy, sending any excess back to the grid. Currently, I use about 40% of the power generated, so adding a backup battery in the future would make this even more efficient.
For now, I’m already saving a lot, and the system works perfectly. If you’re considering going solar, I highly recommend it—especially if you can add a backup battery. With a great team like this, it’s a no-brainer!

Although we had to wait to get our panel / battery it was well worth the wait! The installers were very efficient. The quality of the workmanship was far better than many of the other installations that I have seen. The electrician especially, took a great deal of pride in his workmanship.
Misha was very helpful and informative from the start to the end. The whole process from placing the order until the installation of solar panels went very smoothly and what was promised was delivered on time. The installers were very efficient and did a good job.
I have worked with iGreen Energy 3 times now. I recommend them and their representative Rick, to all my friends and acquaintances. Rick was there every step of the way. He answered my questions and assisted me even in his off hours. The installation was a bit more difficult than most, but Rick insured it was done as quickly as possible. Truly disappointing communication and quality control.
Never Never deal with this company. We paid a $200 deposit late 2025 to lock in the price for batteries for our solar system, signed a contract. Today We received a call saying they cant install until after may and the price will be double.This company is dodgy as steer clear of igreen.
Never call back when they say they will. Had smoke alarm listed on the contract refused to install. Haven't finished our application with western power and still waiting. Very rude customer service team.

In my dealings with iGreen they have always been polite and courteous. I had a problem (my fault) with the App and they were extremely helpful and it was never a bother for them to help me. The installation was fast and efficient and the installers were also polite and friendly.

A failed inverter was replaced without fuss for the latest model. Took a while due to ends of financial year period but fully replaced at no cost. Well satisfied.
Very impressed with iGreen. They answered every question I had while choosing the right solar system to select. I dealt with Mary Tucker and Olivia Murphy who were super knowledgeable, helped be with all the technical aspects and ensure a smooth installation on the day. The installers arrived on time, worked non-stop and made sure everything was working and set me up on the app before they left. The left the site clean. Cannot fault anything.
I Green Energy installed my PV cells and they’ve been great ! I recently decided to go with Neovolt batteries and they’ve whole experience was excellent. Harry, Olivia and the whole team made the experience hassle free and very rewarding ! Love my solar system… no for an EV car :)
Paid the $200 deposit. 1 year later still no call back. No instalation. Ring office and they say someone will call back. Never happens. Do not use igreen energy

Signed up 4 July 2025 still waiting no solar installed, no date given. Poor communication. Requested refund and contract cancelled, ignored and no reply. Dealt with ‘Misha’ suggest if you’re looking for Solar find a local reputable installer. Avoid these people.
