Inner Melbourne Maids cleaning – Manuela is a very professional cleaner. Our timber floors had a lovely shine and the bath and shower screen looked amazing. This is the second time she has cleaned our unit and everything looks sparkling. Manuela is very thorough and communicates well. We are happy to have her as our regular cleaner. Show reply

Worst cleaning service ever – NOT satisfied at all. The business has 0 standard set by themselves, the cleaners seem sent randomly without any quality check. After 2 hours, I realised nothing is cleaned. Cleaner has mopped only kitchen floor but all the food stains on the cooktop and benches left as it was. Toilet seat dirty, bath and shower is not even cleaned/dusted. Toilet basin had water stains/dust all over as it was.
Not to mention all the dust remained as it was on side table, lamps, window area, bar cart, kitchen bench… to be honest, I don’t need to list it because basically NOTHING is done for 2 hours.
In addition, cleaner went through our rubbish bin and took things out that she thinks it shouldn’t be thrown away???? Ie tooth brush and left it on our kitchen bench. Also dropped some of our rubbish on the floor as well while she’s emptying our rubbish bin.
Cleaner was late for 30 mins, that was fine by me, but also didn’t make full 2 hours which I was OK as far as the job was done properly - obviously that’s not the case.
I still am really curious what she has done for 2 hours. House is messier after her visit.

2nd time booking a one-off clean. Our cleaner Rosario did an excellent job on the bathroom, kitchen and laundry, and our tricky to clean shower is sparkling! i decided to give this mob a go and am disappointed with the service i received. The cleaner i was allocated stated the shower floor was clean, when it wasn't and then tried to tell me they are permanent markings, i beg to differ, however when i made her clean it, guess what the marks came off, the coverings on my furniture were not straightened… Read more
out, areas were missed for dusting like the bedroom and lounge-room, mirrors were done but only after i had to keep reminding her, did not empty the bins and put fresh bin liners in,spent more time on the phone than actually doing her work, i am paying for a service and i expect a level of service, i have a standard of clean and if someone claims they have cleaned, then it should be clean, wont be using this mob again, going back to my old cleaner, at least after they did it, the house looked clean..... and amongst all that deliberately took her time just so i had to pay extra, i had to keep checking to see what she was doing, that should not be my role.......... overall a very disappointing experience,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i located the list of what was supposed to be done according to their website. I paid for the 2hours, charged way too much for the service provided....... Lina has been our cleaner for the past 18 months and we couldn't be happier with her. She always arrives on time, she always greets our dogs with a pat (they love her) and she works steadily and thoroughly for four hours, leaving our house perfectly clean and tidy.
