Overall sentiment regarding Integrity Extended Warranties is mixed, showing a clear divide in customer experiences. A significant portion of users report fast, efficient claim approvals and helpful customer service that successfully covered major repair costs. Conversely, a subset of reviewers expresses frustration with claim rejections, strict policy interpretations regarding wear and tear, and difficulties with refunds or policy transfers. Potential buyers are advised to carefully review the product disclosure statement and policy exclusions before purchasing.
Had a great experience with iWarranty. My CV shaft was making a noticeable noise, and they made the whole process very easy. They inspected the issue, arranged the replacement, and got the CV shaft changed without any hassle. Show details · 1

integrity warranty advertises they cover everything except excluded items. the supercharger resonator is clearly not on their exclusion list. i submitted my service log book as requested. then they asked for service invoices. i submitted those too. after all that they still rejected my volvo xc90 claim at 100000km calling it wear and tear. this… Read more
part is made of rigid aluminium with no moving parts. how can aluminium crack at 100000km be wear and tear?it is designed for 200000km+.they provided no evidence for their decision. they also demand 20 days to review but forbid me from repairing at my own cost and claiming later.no workshop holds a car for 20 days. they offer no replacement car either. their ad says full coverage but they use wear and tear as a blanket excuse for anything. they wasted my time with document requests just to deny me. this is misleading and unfair. strongly advise others to avoid this warranty provider. Now they even use the excuse say Engineering light on did not mean the car was broken down, and I can unplugged the sensor and keep driving, what a joke, seriously ?
I was quoted for repairs for these parts and just found out none of them are covered. So now during these hard times I have to pay for all of it out of pocket. Awesome company would recommend! Show details

Poor customer service they leave everything up to you and get off on delaying your warranty payment. They do not bother to communicate with the mechanic at all and warranty is capped at $1000 which basically doesn’t pay for any major mechanical repairs not even 50% of mine just a few days after purchase they’re an absolute disgrace it’s lunch time… Read more

I purchased an Integrity car warranty through Scarboro Toyota when I bought my Mercedes A45 AMG, based on assurances from the dealership’s insurance representative that major components like the gearbox would be fully covered and replaced with genuine parts if they ever failed. On that basis, I later purchased a second Integrity warranty for… Read more
another vehicle (an Audi SQ5) from an interstate dealer.
Unfortunately, my experience with Integrity has been extremely disappointing.
When the Audi SQ5 arrived, it had immediate mechanical issues (milky oil and oil in coolant), despite the dealer advertising that their vehicles undergo a 100-point comprehensive check. I also had written confirmation from the dealer stating the warranty covered “everything except tyres, batteries, light globes, scratches and servicing.” However, when I submitted a claim, Integrity declined it.
Integrity’s preferred mechanic quoted around $3,000 for work they said was not covered by the warranty, the workshop didn’t give me confidence that it was equipped for the level of repair needed. I paid for an independent assessment myself (around $1,000) with a European specialist mechanic and received a detailed quote of roughly $6,000. This was also declined by Integrity on the basis that the items were “not covered under their policy.”
The SQ5 ultimately wasn’t fit for purpose, and I had no choice but to trade it in at a significant financial loss.
Around the same time, my A45 AMG began developing unusual gearbox noises. After joining a Facebook group dedicated to sharing customer experiences with Integrity warranty claims, I became concerned and chose to sell the A45 as well to avoid potential further financial loss.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Integrity car warranty. Both vehicles ended up costing me far more than expected. From what I’ve been through, I would not choose this warranty again even though they ended up refunding $750 for the Audi SQ5 and failed to refund the warranty on the Mercedes A45 AMG.

Follow-up · Lately lots of denials. Not happy with the service. For every fault they find a way to exclude. Earlier they were prompt and responsive but lately I’ve been getting the feeling that they really don’t care about the client and don’t want to cover the cost of repair for components citing most as excluded and “normal wear and tear

⚠️ Do NOT buy this extended warranty — here's how the process works I was pressured into buying this warranty at the dealership. The sales pitch was heavy: claims paid out for "all sorts of issues," "peace of mind," and — since I have a European car — "you really need this cover." All I had to do was keep up with servicing. Here's what actually… Read more
happens when you make a claim:
You can't use your own mechanic. They send you to one of their "approved" shops. That should be your first red flag. The mechanic sends the report directly to the warranty company — you never see it. You have no visibility into what's being reported. The claim is denied under a specific exclusion. In my case: "seals and oil leaks are not covered." You escalate and mention other issues not on the report. They then cite a different exclusion, my case was plastic engine parts not covered (which is not an exclusion but they used it anyway). Then finally the catch-all: "fair wear and tear." is used. They can apply this to virtually anything. Internal dispute team denies you again. The only remaining option is escalating to your state consumer affairs regulator. The result: I'm out of pocket for the warranty fee and the full repair cost, even though the fault is a known, warrantable issue for my vehicle's brand.
The final kicker in all this process, those that have had an approved claim has only had used parts approved for the repair. Intergrity will do absolutely everything to deny or reduce repair costs. Stay away
This is not "peace of mind." It's a product designed to be denied.
A note on reviews: I suspect many of the positive reviews here are incentivised or fake. Check Facebook groups and other independent review sites for a more honest picture.

$2,000 out of my own pocket for the repair.
I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter directly with Integrity, but the process involved delays, missed follow-ups and a lack of accountability. I ultimately had to escalate the complaint through the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) before any real resolution was reached.
After going through that process, Integrity eventually agreed to refund me $1,050. Even then, the payment was delayed because of what they described as an internal misunderstanding about who was responsible for arranging it.
In my experience, the warranty did not provide the protection or peace of mind I believed I was purchasing. The fact that I had to spend so much time chasing the matter and escalate it through AFCA just to recover around half of my repair costs was extremely frustrating.
I would not purchase another warranty from Integrity. I strongly recommend that anyone considering one carefully read every exclusion, claim limit and condition, and do not rely solely on how the warranty is described when it is being sold.
This review reflects my personal experience and the outcome of my complaint.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my warranty claim has been handled. I paid thousands of dollars for an extended warranty believing it would protect me from major mechanical failures. long cranking and leaving me with a repair quote of over $5,400.
My claim was denied on the basis of “wear and tear.” If a major engine component like a timing chain can fail only four months after purchase and still not be covered, it raises serious questions about the value of this warranty. It feels like the warranty provides peace of mind when it’s sold, but when you actually need to make a claim, exclusions are relied upon to avoid paying.
I purchased this vehicle from a licensed dealer and expected it to be of acceptable quality. I certainly did not expect to be facing a repair bill of this size after only four months of ownership. This experience has been frustrating, stressful and incredibly disappointing.
I will not be leaving this here. I intend to pursue this matter further through the appropriate channels, including Consumer Affairs Victoria, and seek advice regarding my rights under the Australian Consumer Law. I believe this matter deserves an independent review, and I hope no other customer has to go through the same experience.
I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing this warranty to read every exclusion carefully before spending their money. My experience has left me with very little confidence in the product or the way legitimate claims are handled.

First time accessing a claim for this policy, approval took slightly longer than I expected, which was about a day and half (my previous warranty provider was 2 hours max), but otherwise service was fairly straight forward and easy. The team was friendly and helpful, and I was back on the road by COB the day after discovering my radiator needed replacing. Show details · 1

I was sceptical at first, when it was first proposed to me that I should buy an extended car warranty, because the car was low kilometres but fourteen years old. on both occasions I have found the claims process fast and efficient. I also found the outcome of the claims, explanations given for the extent of the cover to be open, fair and reasonable to me. However I do not fully understand which parts are covered under my warranty, in my view this could be better explained in the warranty document. Overall, I have found the warranty good value and the time frame from fault diagnosis to customer contact to completed repairs, excellent ! Based on my experience, I would recommend an integrity extended car warranty.
