I took out a new comprehensive car insurance policy with Belinda today. She was such a credit to this company... extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. Her quote, (roadside assistance was included at no extra cost), was great value compared to my previous premium history with a well known competitor, where roadside assistance was extra. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly proffessional response of True Cover for Seniors after we broke down. It didn't take long to wait for a tow truck and we felt suppoorted all the way. We had to phone TrueCover car assist this morning as the car would not start. Obviously, a battery issue. I got a representative straight away and she organised a battery person to come to the house.
