So much right here, beyond happy – We bought a brand new car and needed new insurance. This was such a positive experience from the first phone call to how quick it was to get it all sorted. Follow-up · I agree that the policy is good value but obviously it keeps increasing every year. I would like to suggest that customers should be awarded with a lower premium if they don’t make any claims or have any convictions within the policy year otherwise they will look elsewhere for competitive premiums. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly proffessional response of True Cover for Seniors after we broke down. It didn't take long to wait for a tow truck and we felt suppoorted all the way. However, we will consider comprehensive insurance due to the limited transport support offered with Seniors. Would definately recommend and much cheaper than racv. Show details

We had to phone TrueCover car assist this morning as the car would not start. Obviously, a battery issue. I got a representative straight away and she organised a battery person to come to the house. As suspected we needed a new battery and he started the car and we were able to drive to the battery specialist in town and have it replaced.
