Oliver was my interface to Sun Select, he communicated well with getting approvals in place firstly with Synergy and following that with Western Power when they were satisfied with the contractors proposed delivery. Oliver was proactive in getting my delivery delivered timely as I am due to travel overseas in five weeks. A team of three very good electricians from Mann Electricals completed the installation in an afternoon. Show details

This company is not fully based in Australia. Warning. All members I dealt with are in India or if in Australia, using fake names. Just check Sunselect on Linkedin for yourself. The installation process was extremely difficult and poorly managed. Despite providing Sunselect with detailed information about my existing solar setup well before installation, the installer arrived without properly inspecting the system and began work without validating the existing configuration. The installation has now dragged on for months, with ongoing delays, poor communication and an incomplete, non-functional battery system.

I have been faced with only issues since the start of the engagement. These included poor workmanship, damage to my property, removal and return of my inverter in heavily scratched condition, repeated delays due to Sunselect allegedly losing critical installation components, lack of accountability between the installer and Sunselect, and ongoing system faults with the battery still not charging correctly after more than two months.

The issues were handled very poorly. Communication was inconsistent, updates were rarely proactive, and I constantly had to chase the company for information. Responsibility was repeatedly shifted between Sunselect and the installer, with no one taking ownership of resolving the problems. Overall, the entire experience post quote has been extremely disappointing.

Save yourself the time and frustration. This is absolute unprofessionalism.

Since installation, Sunselect has had to return several times, yet the system is still not working correctly. The battery and solar reporting are still not right, and I have had to keep chasing them for a resolution. Rather than properly owning the problem, the support process has involved repeated back-and-forth, arguments about whether there is an issue, and a support ticket being closed without my confirmation that the problem had actually been fixed.

The most disappointing part is that this has dragged on from scheduling, through installation, and into ongoing unresolved support. I expected a professional installation and a working system, not months of delays followed by weeks of follow-up and disagreement.

The sales process was good, but the scheduling, installation, communication, and after-sales support have been absolutely horrible. Based on my experience, I could not recommend Sunselect unless they significantly improve how they manage installations, customer communication, and post-install support.

Paid the deposit $500 and big promise and guarantee will deliver before 1 may. Got call after few weeks that they can't install the one i paid for but they can install a half capacity instead. I refused and asked for refund. Three weeks after still no refund on my account though they assured me it's coming. Think twice before you decide who you are dealing with. Shane was great from the start, developing our solar solution and he maintained contact through to the finish. Hayden was also great in support and responded quickly when we had to reschedule due to weather. The system is installed perfectly and working well. All of our 33 panels fit perfectly on the roof.
