Unfortunately the flowers were delivered on the wrong day and when contacting the company they promised to send chocolates to my 96 year old mother then in the correct day but they didn’t. This is the second year in a row that my flowers have been wrong. Very disappointed customer

The arrangement that arrived for my daughters birthday was beautiful. However, when my daughter sent me a photo she took of the arrangement, I was genuinely surprised at the size of the arrangement. It was smaller than I had anticipated. But again, it was a beautiful arrangement

I urgently needed Sympathy flowers for my girlfriend over in Perth. I'm in NZ and I typed in the suburb and florist and Lily's came up. Follow-up · The flowers are as in the image. They were for my sister's birthday. The actual flower arrangment was bigger than shown in the image and beautifully presented. They arrive on time, in perfect condition. The courier fee was so reasonable at only $16.00

Follow-up · Yes the Delivery was on the Day I wanted them delivered. I believe the flowers lasted 2 and half weeks. I'm not totally sure, though it was a beautiful bouquet. The lady loved them and that's all that matters me.

Unfortunately I can't confirm that the flowers I paid for were delivered as the company have a very odd policy of not providing confirmation emails or messages. As this was a condolence flower delivery it would be inappropriate for me to check with the recipient.

Lily's was chosen because it had an availability of delivery on the same day as ordering. The flower choice available was good, and the arrangement chosen was really pretty (as my sister sent me a photo) She was thrilled, and I was happy too, as pleasing her on her 70th birthday was my aim.
