These guys are a bunch of crocks. They said wait 12 weeks for a simple airline refund. I waited 12 weeks and now there saying they can't give a time frame for the refund. Their customer service reps are so rude and unhelpful. They took my money now there blaming the airline. These guys are dodgy. I will never do business with them again. , go check in into a hotel and come back after lay over time to catch my connecting flight??

I went to check in at Christchurch airport where I was informed i am not allowed to stay on Sydney airport for this long lay over??? Why would your agent book me a flight with long lay over (9 hours) where there is no allocation of layover at the airport ??

This was an absolute nightmare for me and my child who trusted your company to make a proper booking and I ended up paying extra $500 to spend night somewhere in a hotel closure to hotel.

I wrote an email requesting compensation for Sydney hotel including an apology as this was their fault…. Guess what!!! They didn’t even bother to reply back to my email- it’s been 1 month. Man travel agents won’t even bother to take accountability for their actions.

A very genuine advice- book through airline website directly rather than these frauds.

Poor customer service especially the female supervisor.i hv booked flights three months prior to my departure and airlines made changes and they didn't call us they move flight one day earlier than my actual day.
