Fantastic tickets to see Alex Warren. Ticket Merchant made it really easy to understand what seats I was picking and how much they would cost before I bought them. I then received my tickets digitally, which was so much easier than having to print them out and risk losing them. 100% recommend using Ticket Merchant for your next concert or event. I know I definitely will.

It was honestly amazing to experience that atmosphere and the love and feelings that got put into his songs and to hear it all around you it’s incredible. I love about his show was his interacted with the audience, the one thing I didn’t like though is that we couldn’t stand up to dance at the back so we were in any ones way. I would 100% recommend going to his show to experience the same

Nothing what I would not have read in a book before. But very well presented with great visuals and some nice humour. Brian is a great presenter. To go with 2 kids was more than $500 which is borderline I must say. Kids are 12 and 14 but they could follow the show because I explained a lot of concepts to them earlier. Otherwise it might be too much for kids.

Such an amazing venue, all the staff were very helpful and kind. The sound was also amazing. Like most concerts, the food and beverages are very pricey. Don't forget It's a cashless venue! Soo make sure you don't make it a priority to pull cash out beforehand like I did ahahha. Lovely time, thankyou!

It was easy to purchase our tickets through Ticket Master, I did it from my bed one morning scrolling through what was on at the Entertainment Centre in Brisbane!! Book over 12 months in advance to see Jimmy Carr, fantastic!!!! They emailed the tickets to me and i printed them out. Scanned at the entrance, walked straight in! What a night we had. Show details

Follow-up · Pricing was ok no hidden charges. Event entry was easy the were no issues at the gate and the tickets arrived before the concert. The AC/DC concert was amazing. I was very worried about the tickets as people had told me it wasn't the proper ticket site I should have gone thru but I had no negative experiences whatsoever and got to see the concert I had tickets in the mosh pit and had no troubles whatsoever was a very enjoyable experience.

They conceal the fact that they are a reseller by stating it across the top of their website but in minuscule font designed to ignore. I managed to complete the whole process without realising that they were not the official seller of the tickets and paid $180 too much for my tickets as a result. exactly the same experience. Why would anyone knowingly buy from a reseller if they could get a much cheaper price from the authorised ticket seller? The platform profits from scalping, but are worse, as you dont know they are scalpers and so assume the price is the base market price for that ticket. It is a similar offence to what Coles was recently convicted for in misleading customers to believe that the discounted price was off a base market price. This tactic works for products where people dont know the base price. Ticket Merchant should be fined for misleading and deceptive conduct and deregistered.
St^pid ticketing system. Absolutely ridiculous. First, they make me feel like they are going to post the tickets in the snail mail. No option for saving a digital ticktet upon purchase. unnecessary stress. Emailed and txt for help as no phone line to call. Obvious problems with web site as at 4:30 am when checked again (I couldn’t sleep due to worry over the tickets) they were thankfully there! It’s a miracle! was something I will never forget. I’ve always struggled not being found funny by a lot of people and being told my humour was selective but Jimmy Carr and all those who came together to enjoy his work made me feel and remember how important it is to be yourself and remember likeminded people exist in the world. You only know 0000.1% of the population. Shows and events like this really make you realise just how big the world is! I made so many friends last night, Jimmy included! Jimmy Carr; Laughs Funny Tour, was 10/10 no notes. I went to his last show years, for which I also purchased through ticket merchant and I was so happy! Another show, with original materials! From the parking on site to the exiting, my night was great. Very organised event centre. The one thing and this is being very picky, the rows of seats are way to close together for them not to be flip up seats so when people need to get past we can actually get out of the way.
