,it was wrapped so well that it took me a while to get it out off the packaging. It is so beautiful, what can I say ,I'm so overjoyed with it .If anybody is thinking of getting there pet done .My advice to anyone that love a bit of water color is do it .its worth it ✨️

I chose not to have the portraits framed because I wanted to select my own frames. Looking back, I probably should have had the company frame them so they would be identical. As you can see in the photo, the frames are slightly different, but that’s only a minor detail.

What I appreciated most about this company was their willingness to work with me until I was completely satisfied. For Willy’s portrait, they requested the clearest photo possible. Unfortunately, I couldn’t provide a better one since Willy wasn’t my dog, yet they still did a fantastic job capturing him.

With Toro’s portrait, the first proof arrived without his collar. I asked if they could add it, and they happily did. Then I noticed his name was missing from the collar, so I asked if they could include that as well. They were incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process, making revisions until every detail was exactly right.

The portraits also arrived promptly, and the quality is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. If you’re looking for a meaningful keepsake of a beloved pet, I highly recommend this company.

quick, I placed my order on the 3/5, the next day I was sent a design to approve, and my order arrived on the 12/5. I also love that they send you a design before they begin making the product, buying custom products using photos online can be hit or miss so I appreciated being able to view my design beforehand.

To me, no amount of money is too much when it comes to my dog, he’s my baby. But the blanket is also very affordable for a custom item at such quality.

I will definitely be ordering from Paint My Pooch again for family and friends.

I purchased 6 different watercolour portraits. I changed the splash background colour for each portrait. The process was easy and smooth. The team was great when 2 of the portraits I didn't love and wanted to use a different picture of my pet. I always heard back from them within a few days and delivery was fairly quick once I had confirmed the final product. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I purchased this for my father in law as a Christmas present. He was absolutely blown away when he opened it Christmas morning and saw his beloved dog, Harry, in a framed picture.
