I was able to speak to a representative on the phone immediately (10pm AEST) on the free 1800 number, we discussed possible treatment plans and available clinics with sufficient capability in transplant medicine in Cuzco and WhatsApp availability once I had additional information from the Peruvian clinicians which may needed to support additional funds. $500 credit was immediately added to the PassportCard (Mastercard) card we already had in our possession, along with a pin # and we departed to the hospital. On arrival the insurer information was received without complication by the health care provider and once the medical reviews were completed and prescriptions were dispensed all of this was paid for using the PassportCard before we left the clinic. As final payments were being discussed I reached out to the team via WhatsApp to confirm the admin plan proposed by the clinic and the PassportCard team responded immediately advising me to proceed. It really was such a relief to have the their support just a call away. We will definitely use PassportCard again for future travels and other couples on our tour were impressed and will review on our return home. Nino were incredibly quick to respond. They addressed all my concerns very clearly and made the entire process much less stressful. I had to pay for my hospital visit upfront, and the process of explaining how to load the money onto the Mastercard was extremely smooth and easy to follow. I truly appreciate all the help and support they provided.

were super responsive, totally on the ball, and everyone I spoke to on the phone during the process already knew the whole story so I didn't have to repeat myself. They were so fast at getting the heli company a guarantee of payment and when I was taken to the hospital they communicated with the doctors on my behalf and arranged payment of treatment, consultations, and even pre loaded my passportcard credit card for my follow up the next day so I wouldn't have to stress about being out of pocket. Not only are they the most professional insurance company ive ever dealt with, they are also the most compassionate. Everyone I spoke to was so understanding and kind and reassured me the whole time that everything would be ok and that they were taking care of it. They even called me the next day to check in and make sure i hadnt run into any issues at the hospital. Im 100% a loyal customer for life and honestly cannot recommend this company enough. It's so rare to feel like your insurance company actually cares about you and to be treated like a person rather than just a policy number.

The girl there I spoke to last Friday was really lovely and helpful. She told me she would need to talk to her nedical staff then they would get back to me but they were busy. done everything possible to avoid paying out. I have submitted complaint and was promised reply back with outcome within 5 days to maximum 10 days. No surprise never got back to me, so ive called up to complain. To my surprise we get email requesting dental report from our dentist in australia to confirm if any previous history of any treatment on tooth in question. I called up to ask if the would pay cost for dental report, to which I got a lot of jargon. I pushed for answer and finally said would pay fee for dental report from australian dentist. For clarity wife never had any fillings or tooth ache and only ever had cm check ups with polish and clean. This company is the worst ive had to deal with and personally I would avoid like the plague. They are worst than criminals in avoiding to pay genuine claims.

Although I was not able to make a claim because of no untoward incident I felt secured knowing that I have a card just in case there’s some unfortunate event. The card arrived just before I left. This time we needed to make a claim in Bali due to my partner being unwell and I’m a medical centre. Communication was seamless and claiming was made so easy with them putting funds on the card to pay for the clinic and medication. This trip we claimed twice and both times it was easy and the staff were so supportive. I have no hesitation in recommending them for your travel insurance.
