Another major benefit is that if you pay for a lead and receive no response, ServiceTasker offers a refund. While it is a paid service, I believe the fee is well worth it because it gives you the opportunity to connect with the right client or the right worker at any time and from anywhere.
For reference, I am a professional tiler. I have completed countless quotes through the platform, and only about 10–20% of them have turned into actual jobs. Even so, I have met some fantastic clients through ServiceTasker, and for that reason, I will continue to recommend this app to others.

fragile and has a lot of glass panels, I was a bit nervous, but they wrapped and protected it thoroughly and handled it with a lot of care.
The move itself was smooth and efficient. They navigated doorways and tight spaces without any bumps or scratches, and once it was in place they made sure it was level and exactly where I wanted it. There was no damage to the cabinet or to the walls and floors.
Their pricing was reasonable, there were no surprise costs, and the movers were polite and professional throughout.

Next day he dug the ground and lay form boards. But that’s not even in professional way. At this stage we paid $6331 to him and only left to pay another $1563. He got this money without completion of 1/3 of work. On the same night we saw a video footage which was on Tamworth notice board that he stolen fuel from station and left without paying. After this once again his phone was off, partner [Name Removed] ([Name Removed]) didn’t answer to her phone too. He owes me $6331 and that’s all my hard earned money. Paying for leads that no longer exist, tried a few and the same thing with every one. It's just fraud, hopefully these sites that sell leads get regulated properly soon. If they took a cut instead of an upfront cost they would go under within a week. Tradies avoid.

LIKELY SCAM - call centre in India, can't even post an ad as it freezes, very dodgy feel. Called the '24/7 support' number and it's a mobile that rings through to 'cleaning and pest control services', when I finally spoke to someone they said to text through the job details (zero interest in the specifics of my ad, which was no agency) so i have a feeling it's just linked with a sub-par agengy, so just a cleaning racket.
