Marvin was not only well informed on products but he could even see our house being built - seriously he made very appropriate calculations and products and gave us a deal I couldn't argue with - the builders had given us a quote for $5000 more on less - I actually took the offer with a $200 deposit Installation was quick professional and very tidy and accurate - 5 hours and the job was complete including electrician as we have an inverter and 40kw battery - all processes were explained - I only wish the electrical supplier was as quick - it took them 2 weeks to recognise the solar system (meter was already set up for it) - highly recommend and endorse Solar Junction - thank you guys

Dismissive & Unsafe Guidance: They initially blamed our usage, then claimed the manufacturer found no issues, and eventually had me perform an unsafe, manual high-voltage reboot over the phone (which only worked for 24 hours).
Delays & Lack of Support: Responses are consistently delayed, and despite repeated requests, they have refused to conduct a single site visit to resolve the issue.
We are still struggling to get help and cannot recommend Solar Junction.’

The on-site installation team, led by Chris Yousif, also did a great job. They were professional, hardworking, and completed the solar and battery installation efficiently. Chris and his crew were helpful on site and worked through the practical requirements carefully.
I would also like to acknowledge Tyler from the back-office support team. Tyler was responsive and helpful in coordinating follow-ups, communicating with the installation team, and supporting the resolution of post-installation matters.
Overall, while every installation project can involve a few practical adjustments along the way, Solar Junction demonstrated that they were willing to communicate, support the customer, and follow through. I chose Solar Junction because of the confidence and trust built during the process, and I appreciate the continued assistance from Finn, Chris and his team, and Tyler.
I would be happy to recommend Solar Junction to anyone considering a solar and battery system.

extremely unprofessional. Honouring agreed quotes is basic business practice, and changing terms after taking a deposit is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others think twice before dealing with this company. I will be escalating this matter to Fair Trading.

due to the rewiring and bollard installation of WA. It happened on the installation day without giving you any headup despite I keep on remind them to let me know beforehand if there is any price change or extra cost. Bollard is a standard installment for all solar and the rewiring is just to replace my existing interter with the new one at the same location. And they have requested a lot of info regarding my house and took a few pictures before that. Last minute increase in price really disguste me and this not just happen to me. It happen to my friend from different companies, they claimed the "Earth" wiring is damaged and need $500 for repair. I have to agree since the electricians are there waiting for my approval. Becareful when you get quote, it seems good enough...hidden and certain extra fees will follow.....which make the quote not that attractive anymore. A few friends ask me for solar reference, I directed them somewhere despite they reward $150 for sucessful referral..I just cant do this ti my friends. Good Luck all.

qoutation. He did not include many costs which revealed to me when I forced them for the installation date. Do not sign any contract and pay any deposit with Solar Junction because once you sign and deposit the money they will not contact with you at all and give you any installation date. You need to chase them for many times and after a while they will ask you to pay extra for additional things which they forgot to include in their initial qoute.

roof tiles, and DC cables enter the roof through proper flashing with no exposed drilling through terracotta tiles. All cables in the roof cavity run in conduit and are neatly secured along rafters/battens. Exposed cables are protected in conduit, and both the inverter and battery have covers.

Follow-up · I was so happy with the solar panel installation that I decided to get a battery with them. Well, that was a nightmare. We paid our deposit on 30/06/25, and after numerous cancelled installation dates, it was eventually installed late March 26. I also discussed with them in getting a bigger battery but was talked into the one I got. I wish I had gone bigger. The way the whole battery saga panned out I regretted my decision.

Follow-up · My panels are performing well and I have had no trouble with after sales service. I also used Solar Junction to Supply and fit my Batteries. I needed a hybrid inverter for my batteries so I have also installed a new inverter. Very happy with the company and tradesmen that were sent to do the job

I worked with Leo at Solar Junction who was awesome to work with in the sales process. Then Josh and his team from Airlie Beach installed the system very efficiently and were also very good to work with during the installation and very informative on how it all works and installing the App on my phone which was very helpful. since day one, now going into week eleven still waiting for it to be replaced. Will make little effort to help you. I went from having a working solar system to no solar, NOTHING AT ALL. The installer couldn't get the new battery system to operate said we'll come back next day [they didn't] , when they did [over a week later] its turned out the inverter is faulty. As for Solar Junction whenever i contact them they responded with the go to line of "we'll keep you updated". When I finally got a msg from the installer saying a new inverter would be installed on the Saturday morning this was two weeks after the original install date, guess what? NO ONE SHOWED got told again the new inverter would be installed on the following Saturday and again NO ONE SHOWED, Solar Junction said technical issue, garbage pathetic excuse just lies to keep you off their backs. They don't care about accountability because they're all overseas in a call centre, you aren't dealing with anyone here in Australia. Seriously, this whole ordeal has been horrendous, their approach to customer service is appalling. The only prompt service is receive is when they want payment. So BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH when sourcing providers. I will now be lodging a complaint with all relevant government authorities. I have been stuffed around needlessly, have lost feedin tariff credits, the home has had to take directly from the grid for weeks increasing my billing. They should be held to account and compensate me for their incompetence and reimburse me for my losses. All that was wanted was a working solar battery system. How hard can it be?. If it's this hard to get a working system, God help getting warranty work done. Oh yeah and get this i got an email from Esy Sunhome [inverter manufacturer] saying my inverter has been off-line for more then seven days and if i don't turn it on it may affect the warranty. So in summary I feel I have been ripped off for thousands of dollars and in all likely hood be left having to pay thousands more to get a working system because Solar Junction have abandoned their responsibilities and obligations.
Follow-up · So finally some 11 weeks after the faulty inverter was installed, the system has now been repaired on 26.08.26. The inverter has been replaced and hopefully there will be no more problems. Please stop advertising us as a happy customer. We are not happy with the Solar Junction team who told us that the system we purchased was compatible for a Battery connection we found out this is not true. I am so angry if I had known the system wasn’t compatible I definitely would not have purchased it.

Very good at the beginning, but the installation time is atrocious and many lies told installer has done a very neat job on the instalation however our hybrid inverter has been installed on a gyprock wall occupied on the other side according to the manuafature Solis and the CEC fire sheeting should be installed behind the inverter as a precaution… Read more
this was a very bad oversight by the installer at the moment I have raised the issue to be checked by there compliance team and I have heard absolutly nothing I'm just at the moment trying to get clariffication with Solar Junction. I signed Many contracts before the final contrat which contained a $1200 fee for extra cable that I was told nothing about when quoted, even though they knew there was an extra cable run. The contract allows up to 20M of cable. My run was about 24 meters; these few meters cost an addititional $1200. Communications are also extremely bad. The installation is working a traet and I am very happy with its performance. I have had some minor things that I have touched base with support, which were fixed very quickly. Would I recommend Solar Junction? Unfortunately, not be very wary. It took 4 months to have my install done, which is terrible, and many, many lies were told.
