even required a last minute change of roof layout needing different roof attachments on the installation day. No problem. The installers quickly reorganised one of their team to go back and get the fittings. The price was very reasonable and all components very good quality. Thankyou Solarmaxx.

finally showed up on a perfect day, then there installer reveals a job card that was instructing him to remove my entire preexisting solar system, when all that was ordered was a battery and additional solar panels...... what is sad is that these guys are not the cheapest in the market,and I was paying $17k for a qaulity system to ensure it lasted and ready for eventual off grid operation.... Dont go near these guys if you value your time.

There installer was a sub and complaining about cost of the job. He was rude and left the job when he incorrectly assessed the existing panels cant be used with the new system (even though they are lower spec). He had no information to even make that assessment (and did not want it when I offered to get the data to crosscheck). Disgusted with the handling of that matter when I followed it up with there designer.

Now have the mission of getting legal aide to recover the hefty deposit they took when they were 'nice and responsive' before sign up.

We are happy with the work done by the team. The solar battery has been installed for about 6 months now and it has run smoothly so far. Thanks Jerry and the technical team.

The Solarmaxx crew made sure to install my battery before the rebate period ended and I am very happy with the system. And don’t forget about Jerry, he is very good.

installation process was impressively smooth. I was away on holidays at the time and had to leave it to my son-in-law to manage. The team turned up on time, kept the work site tidy, and handled everything efficiently without any disruption to our routine.

A special mention must go to Jerry and Anthony, who were absolute standouts post-installation when I had issues getting the monitoring app FoxCloud working. Jerry's patience in answering all my technical questions and walking me through the details was incredible. I want to be clear upfront, my issues with the company relates only to one individual and one department, Archie Jones in the installations team. emailed Archie to seek clarification. I initially received no response and it wasn’t until I started emailing different departments that I finally got a response stating that the contractor invoiced them. I found this suspicious for I was present during the installation. Archie then sent me the contractor's invoice as proof. Again, it looked fabricated. I then requested the contact details and name for the installer, I only had a workers mobile number. At this point I managed to speak with the installation department via Archie’s number. A female was now the one whom I spoke with stating that she was Archie. Very strange. Regardless, I spoke with her to get the contractors contact name and details due to another matter of a part we were waiting on, a smart meter. She was very hesitant stating they would follow up on my behalf. After multiple attempts, they finally provided the details. The contractor confirmed that they never sent an invoice to Solarmaxx. A very dishonest practice.

My experience with SolarMaxx has been very disappointing. I have repeatedly asked for this to be escalated to the CEO, owner, or a senior decision-maker. My preferred outcome remains simple: I want SolarMaxx to honour the contract and install the system as agreed.

Would give zero stars if possible. Waited 6 months for installation despite contract stating 6-7 weeks. Booked and rescheduled so many times, took time off work to be there, only for installation to be cancelled last minute several times. Now after two months post installation - its not working at all.
