Very poor after sales/install service. Was initially fairly happy with the install and communication, however they did have to reschedule a couple of times. Very pleasant experience from start to finish - installation was booked and completed within a week. The quality of the install was top notch. Jayden did a great, clean job installing our NeoVolt battery system, set it up, and showed us how it all works. Since installation we've consumed zero energy from the grid! Show reply

arranging for 0% interest NSW Home energy saver Loan process. Based on that when I approached solar suppliers and vendors for quote, I insisted on them to arrange for 0% interest free loan. I have lodged application with Brighte and it got approved within a day as my case falls under the eligibility criteria and met all the conditions such as Battery brand should be eligible for rebate, Vendor should be accredited installer and supplier. All happened within 2 to 3 weeks time and hassle free. I have signed up VPP scheme. Thanks to Neovolt Installation, onboarding, sales, tech teams. They all worked together to understand the customer requirement and suggested the recommended product solution with appropriate pricing.
VoltX installed a 40kWh battery with 10kW 3 phase inverter and 3 power circuits on UPS backup. The installation was finished by lunchtime and we haven't paid for electricity ever since that day, not even a daily fee. Our account is currently in credit after several weeks. Show reply

only had to wait a week to get the batteries installed. The team that installed the batteries were here on time, the batteries were delivered at the same time. The team worked through explained to me what the process was and had the job done in about 5 hours. They were able to setup the on line app and register my system with me before they left. My house was also cleaned up by the installation team. They do leave the boxes that the batteries come in but this is in the documentation and they give you an allowance to dispose of the boxes at the tip. We also have had follow up calls to see how the system is working. Very pleased with Voltx so much so we have referred Voltx to friends of ours. No issues with this company easy to work with has been our experience.

price. The contract installers they used in the ACT were a great bunch of blokes & nothing was too much trouble for them who took their time to explain everything. Cannot speak highly enough of the installers. A credit to VoltX Energy. Had a slight issue with the app, however Voltx Energy tech support sorted it straightaway & even emailed some further helpful advice.

storage system to go off line, and their Tech dept unable to restore the system online & by phone, requiring a call out to the premises) their after sales service system is non-existent.( waiting for 2 months already, dreading my next Electricity bill, as they( Retail Energy Provider) punish those who go to a Solar/Storage system) I would avoid using this provider, and consider using Solar Quotes & their recommendations, for a reliable Provider/Installer.

I have had a Neovolt battery supplied and installed byVoltx since early July and it has performed as expected apart from the inverter Wi-Fi going off-line frequently. Voltx has offered no support. I had a number of phone conversations with a person from “tech support” who offered no support whatsoever and who now does not take my calls. The inverter Wi-Fi has now ceased functioning altogether meaning that I receive no data on battery performance, rendering the Voltx app absolutely… Read more

was being exceedingly patient. They are quick to sign you up and take you money, but don't expect to actually get a battery system from them. Finally, I have requested a refund from them and it has taken a week to reply to that. Avoid these guys at all cost. They are a sales mechanism and no installers nor stock in WA. Submitted all my details for a quote for a battery install, never heard from them again even after trying contacting there help center and being told they would get back to me shortly. The installation happened over 2 visits as there was a part missing. But once it was installed, I've been happy with the Neovolt battery system. It's been been 4 months and so far it's been reliable.
