2025. I had a wonderful experience in dealing with them in every aspect of the transaction and left a 5 star review for their efforts. Since then, my needs changed slightly due to my declining health condition, which is incurable. I contacted George Megaloudis, who runs their Victoria East operations and explained my situation. I told him that I now needed a few minor adjustments and changes to customize my bed, to suit my new specific needs. I was really impressed with George's attitude and willingness to help me. He organized a team to come to my home and make the changes, to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the results. In this day and age it is a rare thing to find a company who is willing to go above and beyond normal customer service standards and be willing to put themselves out, to benefit their customers. I am one very satisfied customer and I honestly recommend Sleep Electric to anyone looking for quality products that come with real and genuine customer support.

finally arrived without notice.

On the service:

Original delivery was quoted 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks we emailed to enquire. After a follow up they finally responded and said it would be another 6-8 weeks (!).

We received an email saying all or part of our order was on its way to Melbourne - we just had to guess if it's all or part of the order. No delivery date. Then one day, we get home and it's on our porch (see pic).

On the product:

Workmanship isn't amazing. I know it's just the slats, but they're rough cut and unfinished and already showing signs of splitting. See pics. The middle support legs are also raw timber; so are.not protected from moisture

The bits you can see seem like they have a light coat of finish.

Not impressed with this for the wait and for the price. Def doesn't live up to the marketing spin.

mattresses split and broke down in alittle over 12 months use. I have agreed to trial a 3rd from a different batch, but am hesitant to recommend at all. Im now spending more on chiropractic than ever before. The electric functions are great, the massage function fun, but my experiences with the mattresses so far extremely costly to my physical and even mental health( after many sleepless nights and stiffness in my body most mornings) and overall disappointing. Having previously trialed a Tempur matress which was amazing, l am very sorry l didnt go that way instead.

exactly the colour it says it is, and and dimensions are perfect. Easy fit together, too. I recommend getting a rubber mallet and a block of wood, as it works better when you hammer the corners in (that's not in the instructions)

are fake and you end up waiting for weeks. At least 2-3 weeks in metro Australia. Their customer service is endless loop of AI bots without any real action or care - you just receive AI response in minutes which does not lead to or change anything.

I struggled with the assembly in the beginning as I didn't carefully read the instructions haha would definitely recommend assembling with another person to make things easier :) just need some storage drawers next!
