was processed and paid within 5 days of lodging the paperwork. They made a very difficult time easier. I would recommend them highly to take the stress away during a very sad time. They also sent flowers and a hand written card which was very thoughtful.

sending documents constantly to prove my identity but all to no avail so frustrating how many stat decs can I send ,how I wished I would have bought a pre paid funeral plan ,I'm over it all.
