Unfortunately, during this trip we were unlucky enough to get a small chip in the front windscreen. The rental company charged almost $700 for the repair.

When we returned home, I lodged my claim through the InsureandGo online portal. The process was straightforward and easy to use. I received confirmation that my claim was being assessed and was advised that I would receive an outcome within 10 business days. My claim was approved within that timeframe, and the payment was processed virtually straight away.

This was the first time I've ever had to make a travel insurance claim, and InsureandGo made the entire experience simple, quick, and hassle-free. The damage to the windscreen caused a lot of stress and anxiety during our holiday, but InsureandGo Australia handled everything professionally and efficiently.

We were travelling from Iceland to Greenland when the plane aborted due to technical issues.

The claim was for a connecting ferry in Greenland, and the transfer to it (via a small boat). Total claim was $2634.10.

It was paid out in full, no questions asked. The payment was timely, being only 2 weeks post the claim. I had paid $2000 insurance for a 3 month trip.

Cannot but be happy.

as an explanation as to putting in your current age rather than your age when you intend to travel. This issue was compounded by the fact that when the website said there was an invalid age you were sent back not to the page that your age was entered but to the beginning and you had to start anew. A little frustrating when I was completing the process for a group which meant a lot of inputting sev real times (Im a slow learner!)

I also attempted to compare a multi trip insurance however this appeared not to be so well thought out. No selection of countries and very confusing so I didn't bother. Whether a multi trip insurance was a more efficient way of purchasing insurance I do not know but the process on the website could be improved. E.G. How many trips? Which countries, Total days estimated overseas etc

Apart from this the whole quote and purchase procedure was reasonable and I will certainly be using you again.

if something went wrong with my Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately, when I actually needed to make a claim, the warranty provided little to no meaningful assistance and I was left paying approximately $2,000 out of my own pocket for the repair.

I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter directly with Integrity, but the process involved delays, missed follow-ups and a lack of accountability. I ultimately had to escalate the complaint through the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) before any real resolution was reached.

After going through that process, Integrity eventually agreed to refund me $1,050. Even then, the payment was delayed because of what they described as an internal misunderstanding about who was responsible for arranging it.

In my experience, the warranty did not provide the protection or peace of mind I believed I was purchasing. The fact that I had to spend so much time chasing the matter and escalate it through AFCA just to recover around half of my repair costs was extremely frustrating.

I would not purchase another warranty from Integrity. I strongly recommend that anyone considering one carefully read every exclusion, claim limit and condition, and do not rely solely on how the warranty is described when it is being sold.

This review reflects my personal experience and the outcome of my complaint.

weekends. I guess their medical emergency line would be different, but I dont know. I logged in to extend online, and it said, sorry this function is temporarily out of function, I called, but no one working weekends. Pretty poor form for a travel company. on this alone, im never using again. why would I? get a company that cares enough to have someone available to fix stuff on the weekend, or to have their website up and running, or even have one of those question things on the website that is attended by a human that can help.

they were so very expensive, I had been with them for more than 10 years until | discovered how much I was being ripped off by, I cancelled all the policy's and two months later they are still taking monies from my account unauthorised, trying to get theses commissions based sales staff to listen is like extracting teeth, all they want to do is trick you into a cheaper policy !! I do not recommend this company or its conduct, I would also suggest that people look at other companies who are more honest and transparent especially with cancelling a policy. nightmare!

I have followed up multiple times. No response. There is not a number to phone. I am yet to speak to a human even after requesting to talk to someone to resolve the claim multiple times. Do not use!!! Poor to no communication. I am in the process of reporting them to the ACCC.
