that left and arrived at a similar time but on a different airline, they said it was not possible. Mau was nice but did take a little while to catch on to what I was trying to propose. We will see how we go after confirmation of fixing this stuff up.

multiple times that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours. Every time, the 48 hours passed without any response, and I had to follow up myself — only to be given another 24–48 hour timeframe.

Most recently, I was again promised an update within 24–48 hours. That deadline has now passed too, and once again, silence.

I completely understand that Aunt Betty cannot control an airline's schedule changes. What they can control is how they communicate with their customers and how they handle the situation afterwards.

After almost 20 days, I am still chasing them for an answer about a significant change to my international itinerary.

We recently booked flights to Europe and back and it is a first with Aunt Betty. The whole process was completely seamless and I can fully recommend this service. airline and I went back to the ticketing agent to make alternative arrangements. No interest whatsoever. Wait on the phone for 3 hours to speak to an agent. Cant help! Go to the airline. Airline says the ticketing Agent must make the new arrangements. Send many messages to Aunt Betty but NO response. Once Aunt Betty takes your commission you are on your own. Matter still not resolved. Aunt Betty just wont help even though it received my money and the commission. Very very poor service. Dont ever use Aunt Betty if you have an alternative.

airline after that. Then wait up to 12 weeks for a refund. No thanks. This is against consumer law - have put a charge back on credit card. Did not book requested seats and charged more. cannot get through to customer service!!! and when you do they don't speak English well. Its problematic!!!

Vince helped me changed the flights that l needed with extreme efficiency and l appreciate him a lot. The original flight was moved by the airline to a later time which was not suitable for us but Vince swiftly found a better flight and it all happened on the weekend! I would recommend Aunt Betty to my friends for sure.

seats were available for free selection.I have contacted Aunt Betty and requested a full refund of the $199.44 seat selection fee. I am currently waiting for their response. I find it very concerning that I was charged nearly $200 for seat selection when the same seats could be selected directly through the airline at no additional cost.I hope Aunt Betty will review this matter and provide a full refund. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider escalating the matter to the relevant Australian consumer protection authorities. I will update this review once Aunt Betty responds.

Sep2026. We really wanted to support Australian companies but regretfully AB should be refrained from. It costed us more and gave us more stress. AB failed to provide the paid seats selection for international flights (free if tickets were bought directly with the airlines). than $70) needed 2 support tickets, 13 emails, 1 feedback survey and more than 4 weeks to resolve. We could had saved a few dollars and avoided the stress had we bought the flight directly with the airlines.

Still waiting for my refund since July last year-absolutelly no help in resolving this issue and every time I call same response-my case has been escalated and should be resolved within 3-5 days!!! This agency is criminal and should not be allowed to operate!!!!

Very dodgy when it came to changing my flights. The flights were still the same price as when I originally made the booking, but the agent insisted that there was a fare difference. This is how travel agents make extra money, by overcharging customers for changes. Honestly, it’s not fair. Aunt Betty is already charging a change fee, so there’s no need to overcharge customers on top of that. Not recommended.

The worst ever online company to buy, never buy tickets through aunt betty because once you paid their tickets are non refundable, if you buy refundable ticket it is through a third party. month earlier or one month later they were asking $2750 on top of $2100 that i paid. DO NOT BUY THROUGH AUNT BETTY ANY FLIGHT TICKETS.
