Thank you for such quality products over the years. Packaging has improved since first order a number of years ago. Blinds Online have delivered the goods for three of our houses/office. Will be upgrading our new resudence in coming months. Just have to decide styles & colours. Find the ordering process and customer service easy to deal with. Any issues with order (eg accidentally ordered 2, refunded within 24hrs), or damaged stock (most likely from transportation) has been quickly rectified. Have heard it’s new owners within past year, so hopefully quality & customer service remains high :)

I purchased 2 x Slimline Total Shade Pleated Blinds from Blinds Online on December 3, 2025. Blinds were delivered late January 2026 and were installed early February 2026. blind. Both cords frayed in the same location thus preventing the blinds from being raised. Prior to the cords fraying, I thought the concept of the block-out blind material encased in a plastic channel thus preventing light creep at the blind edges was fantastic and the price was very good, the installation instructions were simple to follow. So overall all, a good concept, EXCEPT the manufacturer has used a very inferior cord, the cord does all the work so, surely spend the money on a superior cord. This could have been a GREAT product had a few cents extra been spent on a "fit for purpose" cord. Anyway, I wrote to Blinds Online advising them of my situation, only to get a AI initiated response telling me. “Due to high enquiry volumes during this peak period, the response time may be up to 10 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.” Needless to say am still awaiting “human” contact. Disappointing Blinds Online.

Sadly these took so long to arrive. When they did we had already rigged up some curtains and they didn't quite fit which was okay because I bought the insurance add on that says you can have them amended. However, you still have to pay for it all so it's a bit of a con. Not sure what to do with them but will try and find windows for them to fit.… Read more
