Jim did a great door installation into a difficult site where the bricklayer was so bad that one side of the opening was 22.5mm wiser at the bottom than the top. This meant shimming and squaring up the space and he did a great job. Show details

Follow-up · The old blind was by Kresta and the plastic hangers had been sun damaged so that they began breaking off when put under unusual pressure. The old blind was kept by me although Phong offered to remove it for me. The new blind is a modern upgrade in that it has narrower and blockout blades. The sales rep came to our home and measured up the window in question and quoted on the spot with a satisfactory price.

quote was punctual, efficient and friendly. The aluminium blinds were installed two weeks later by a very capable installer and they are better than we imagined. Today we had our blockout curtain installed by Phong and once again, the service and product has exceeded our expectations. Both Phong and the blinds installer (sorry I didn't write down his name) were extremely professional. They let me know when they were on their way, and arrived punctually. They did a very good job and left the room spotless when they finished. Today Phong was very skilled in placing the fittings for the curtain so it would be properly supported when opened. Paid in full for roller shutters and it took over 3 months to get them installed. shutters broke in about six months time, called to get them repaired, got no call back, rang again 2 days later and was told it would take 1 month before a technician could repair them, later got an appointment sooner after saying id go through someone else. installation was delayed. Company always blaming factory. Instaation took 3 attempts. Roller door was broken on third attempt by install team. Supposed replacement door broke after a few uses. Company does not respond to warrrenty queries.
If I could not choose 1 star I would. We have been in the process of getting security doors since the first week of November 2025. They were supposed to be installed before Christmas. Jim did the finite measurements for shutter" interior doors" in my appartment on 7th April 2026. Then Jim came on 16th June to instal same. He was well prepared with charming professional manner.
