extortionate quote provided for travel insurance found far cheaper elsewhere. Not impressed. Honest company would put in the cost at the check out page rather than bill you for it after you've paid for the cruise and too late to cancel.

"Under the Australian Consumer Law a business must state a single total price including any component a customer cannot avoid paying to obtain the advertised offer. A fare that is unobtainable at the price displayed, because it requires a separate purchase disclosed only afterwards, does not meet that standard."

Pretty disgusting behaviour.

As usual the staff at Clean Cruising were right up to the task. We made a late decision to go on a Cruise and Russell was his usual excellent self in arranging the Cruise. FIVE CRUISES, A WAR, AND A 4 MONTH NIGHTMARE. We cancelled flights thru Emirates to Dubai due to war. Clean cruising said they, wd not refund our flights, until we paid for another set of flights through them with Singapore Airlines. We also paid for expensive seating, as I have a medical issue. fees, because we had to cancel, due to tbe war. The refund never came and the goal post kept shifting, until we went to our bank for help. We had a cruise ship waiting for us in Southampton, so had to get there on time. Many mistakes made with the booking, with transit accommodation, bus to cruise not adding up, nearly fell over like a pack of cards. I took over the role of travel agent to fix it - pity unpaid work. By the way watch out there is a third company - Globenet Travel probably used to hold refunds from a shifting 12 weeks to gain interest on your funds. Last, but not least, they did not inform us of the ETA required to enter the UK. so surprise our flight from Brisbane to Singapore was delayed, lol. and 2 hours sleep in our u beaut transit accommodation, as a result. WHAT A WASTE. Nothing was received over a 4 month period until our bank intervened. We got about half our money back. So don't ever use this company. You never know what they are like until there is a problem.

Advice GO DIRECT TO A reputable experienced travel company, NOT A THIRD PARTY, CROOKED COMPANY.

from the bookings and information provided pre-cruise was completely accurate and well documented. Our cruise was on Coral Princess cruising inside passage from Whittier to Vancouver.Apart from the initial embarkation which was extremely well coordinated,our cabin attendant Joe was amazing and very caring and helpful.Sadly the ship was very outdated.The balcony cabin was tiny. The plumbing in the toilets on most decks didn’t work and the food was mediocre.Staff attitude was poor and there was no rapport between them. Next cruise was on Celebrity Solstice.What a difference!All of the staff were amazing.Our cabin was twice the size and wonderfully appointed.There was a marked difference with the crew.We observed them being treated so well by their supervisors who praised them when they did well and explained things when minor discrepancies occurred.It was a totally different culture and explained why everyone on board was happy.The food was fantastic as were the activities and entertainment.I will definitely book future cruises with Celebrity. I will also use Clean Cruising to book future holidays.

example, my wife and I were interested in a cruise out of Singapore but the ship was also returning to Singapore. As we were on extended vacation in Thailand, I enquired as to whether we could board and also disembark at Bangkok. I sent an email to Clean Cruising on Sunday night and BINGO....received a swift reply the very next morning. Sally provided all the detailed information for this cruise which covered pricing , cabin availability and most importantly the important aspects with boarding and disembarking in Thailand as it all depends on relevant Port of Authority. The consultant Kerrie McRitchie was amazing choosing the right cruise ship and cabin for our trip with my 93 year old mum. Mum Didn’t have to walk far for meals and she also organised a wheelchair for embarkation and disembarkation. They just do not answer clear questions – Hopeless and lazy once they get your booking. Sent multiple emails with very clear questions and they just do not answer. Economical with the truth on the phone. Avoid.

This was my first cruise, I had no clue as to where to look, I contacted Disney Cruise Line, they were late to respond & the communication was not adequate. I found the experience with Clean Cruising to be informative, clear communication & prompt.
