Dodo NBN Internet

It was good but is not what I expected. When I streaming video, network dramatically low on other devices. I have not had such experience with my previous provider.

just to wait more. Not blaming any particular person just no one wants to take responsibility. Also DODO sign up person wanted to upsell the mobile phone use to me on the initial call, I accepted then, LOL THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE ORDER THROUGH , HAHAAHA!! So no DODO mobile chip arrived. On my 4th call to them I asked about it they said, we don't see any request. Call back later to reorder it. OMG! I wander if the management is worried about the sales team, definitely a rookie mistake. I didn't call back for it. I might be without a mobile phone for a week just waiting for them to do something... Quite a laughable experience. Anyhow I'm WIFI connected now at least so I'll see how it goes over the next few months. Wishing DODO all the best, got to turn around that reputation at some point. Don't be content staying a cheap low service provider.

Sign up was good and quick. A number of slow patches and overall not too much of an issue. Until the change the price mid promo period and would give it back, I was in a $30 discount for 6 months. But after 3 months they had a price change so I lost that offer. Over an hour of support chat and no resolution. I've now changed providers

Where we are my internet drops in and out quite often, I hate that long time customers(years) don't get any specials or rewards, I see great deals for people signing up all the time.

I’ve had Dodo before then I left to secure a better deal once the promo was done but now I am back and it was easy to setup my modem again with internet. I knew what to expect and have no complaints here.

I was very apprehensive going with Dodo even after all these years but I was tired of all the big wigs so gave them a go and it's been great! A few drop outs here and there but all in all fantastic considering I work 100% from home and have family members using at the same time through out the day. Highly recommended. And they even got in contact to save me more money and it's worked out fine.

Its silly for the combined services to have different addresses and payment dates other than that it’s good once you have the app your not allowed my dodo website there is no easy to Face ID sign in

Not good. signals are breaking up too often and dodo doesn’t care about existing customers . Company always have new schemes for new customers but not a single one for existing customers . I prefer if you want a good a speed and reliable Internet look for something else

Went with Dodo because they were the cheapest Than they put up the price 1/3 so I'm going to move on to TPG they have the same product but do a 12 month for $69 which is what I was on before they increased their price

I've been with Dodo for 18+ years. I'm. not a tech savvy person and I find Dodo works pretty well. When I have had Tech issues, they have been sorted out in a reasonable period of time. I don't really have any issues to complain about
