Amazing value for money - $25 ($20 after multi service $5 discount) for 25gb data per month. Not everyone needs 100+gb of data a month at high prices. I've been with Dodo for over five years, and I can honestly say they've been fantastic. Recently, I had to head back to Thailand to wait for a visa, but I still needed to stay connected with work in Australia. coverage not great, have experienced plenty of frequent dropouts & data download speeds aren’t quite fast enough.
2. Dodo should design a way where customers are able to physically see the amount of internet usage been used and show the amount still leftover data that is still being unused before the next recharge.
3. Also when I was doing a changeover from phone providers, unfortunately I wasn’t asked if I wanted to keep my original mobile number I’ve had for over 20 yrs, and I lost that number and got given a new number, which in turn has caused me a huge amount of frustration and have had to go out everywhere and make calls to change my number over from my original number to this new one :/

Sooo glad I swapped to Dodo. My security lights came on, 2.31 am and within minutes Dodo were informing me that there was a problem in my suburb. Half an hour later all was resolved. So very different from previous Company, I was off line 2 days!!!! Just keep up the good work and I will continue advertising word of mouth.
