my complaints promptly and tried to help, but the process was too complex, particularly since we had to be online and also, we were on holiday not wanting to wrestle with a clumsy eSim. [Name Removed] then refunded us each 20% of the fee ($6) which couldn't have been a bigger insult given how disappointing and frustrating the product was. We should've been fully refunded. When I did have question I sen it through WhatsApp and they responded with in minutes. Also if you buy for a region which is what I did as I was travelling through several countries it is so convenient.

Worked like a dream. First time I have used an eSIM on our annual trip OS. Will repeat next year. Thirty days, $45, 20GB. After using hotel and B&B WiFi only used 5.65GB of 40GB. Next time will just take a 10GB plan or not bother tuning into local WiFi.

This was the easiest method I’ve ever used to have phone service in another country. Highly recommend.

from onboard WiFi from my tablet, fully expecting a slow or limited response given the situation. Instead, they replied quickly, clearly understood the issue, and took ownership of fixing it. They explained the limitation around eSIMs already being installed, then proactively recreated the eSIM and issued a brand new QR code so my wife could install it on her iPhone instead.

No arguments, no fine print, no run around, just practical problem solving and genuinely helpful service. The replacement QR code arrived promptly with clear instructions, and everything worked exactly as promised.

This kind of customer support (thanks Josh) especially when you’re travelling and already stressed, is rare. Based on this experience alone, I’ve continually recommended ZenSim to family travelling on overseas trips, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

eclectic holiday from the wilds of Ireland to the top of Norway. We were out in the North Sea using the ships wifi, but as soon as we were onshore and out of range of the ship our Sims would activate. Onward into the Swiss mountains with no issues, the same for Germany and then the Austrian Mountains. Before we departed for Singapore we purchased a small 10GB Sim to cover us in Singapore as it was a different region to the European one. Again no issues. Absolutely recommend, we will use again as the service was fast and reliable. I do suggest you copy Help Information into an email to yourself in case you encounter issues with the initial activation. Just means you may avoid having to find free wifi to access the website to troubleshoot.

Customer service is excellent as they were very prompt with resolving an issue. I had an issue upon activation of the service where the 5G was not configured properly, they communicated updates of what was going on their end and gave me clarification of what had happened which I appreciated.

For those on the sustainability front, it's great to know that they are doing their part to save our environment by contributing 2% of their profits to the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, having the team work fully remote and working with Carbon Positive Australia to replant native trees across Australia.

I highly recommend giving them a go as I doubt you will be disappointed.

prefer to support Australian companies and products where I can. My download data speeds and coverage I found were very good. I would recommend ZenSim to family and friends.

I have recently used 2 different ZenSim- one in Europe and one in Bali. They gave excellent coverage and were very reasonably priced. As well, I had a small hitch when changing countries in Europe. I contacted ZenSim and had a reply almost immediately. Problem solved! I highly recommend ZenSim and I will definitely be using them again.

This travel sim worked almost seamlessly. Upon arriving in Europe it connected within 5 minutes and maintained connection almost the whole time with fast connection speeds across 4 different countries. notification of calls received and messages and had to wait until I was back home to get 4.5 weeks of messages.The positive was that I could still message my partner on messages but had to use messenger for my other contacts in Australia with that app. I would not recommend this eSIM and next time I travel I would try another means of keeping in contact with family and friends.

Made a mistake in the choice of Sim. Was in Gibraltar which was not on zen Sim list. Mistakenly presumed that Gibraltar being attached to Spain would give me access to Spanish network. Wrong. No reception in Gibraltar whatsoever. Relied on positive reviews. My error. Sim worked OK in Spain and Portugal.

Sim worked perfectly for my needs once I realised I had not cancelled aeroplane mode! I was in France and had coverage wherever we travelled including during the heatwave. Speeds were great, I will be using them in next travels and I can highly recommend ZenSim.

Apart from a brief outage on the first day, the coverage was excellent through Austria and Germany. Customer support was brilliant, with immediate responses on WhatsApp.

Purchased an eSIM on a 30 day plan for a holiday in the Balkans. Had two issues where I couldn't connect during this time. The 1st problem One was a local network issue (nothing to do with them) and the other my phone had problems connecting with networks when travelling between different countries.
