Worst customer service I have experienced for a long time - avoid them – I have literally spent hours on hold trying to speak with a person and simultaneously on the web chat in order to have incorrect details on my account changed. There is no way to change details other than speak to someone and they don't have a call centre to handle things. You have to call complaints. Very frustrating and time wasting. Show details
The worst customer support I have ever seen. Never ever buy sim card from Woolworth unless you never want to use it. I bought the sim card, I tried to use 10% discount, it didn't work, they told me to call customer support. I ported that to a new sim from another provider, I struggled with that for days until it expired. now, I have my number on… Read more
an expired sim card so I have to charge it again while I bought a new sim too. I called customer service, it's AI, asking the same question, and it says to port make sure your details are correct. after many attempts it tried to connect me to human !! but it seems they don't have anyone to answer you as it said you are in a queue even after 30 minutes. They just charge you, and then run away.

Coverage is patchy. I struggle to obtain coverage in an inner suburb of Sydney where I live. 1 or 2 bars at most. After sales service almost non existent. Used data roaming while overseas. When I tried to recharge it after 7 days expired the service failed to appear even after restarting phone so in desperation I paid a 2nd time and it appeared… Read more
immediately. All well and good until I tried to contact service on my return to arrange a refund for one of 2 charges for that day. Initially tried the ‘chat’ function and twice went down a rabbit hole. Found and called the 1300 number which pressed me to go back to ‘Mandy’ the chat function before advising me the wait to speak to a person during mid morning on a weekday would be 1hr 10mins. Appalling! Challenged payment via my bank who credited it within a few minutes.

The data only plan is priced great , I was paying $40 for 120GB. But guess what? It’s useless because the coverage is terrible. In most places, you can’t use the data at all , you literally can’t open anything! So i used it for a month then was back to my original service provider! Show details

Activation process is terrible. Entered the SIM number exactly as shown and kept getting “invalid SIM number.” Wasted a lot of time trying to fix it, and customer support is basically unreachable. Would not recommend. Show details

Total Rubbish. Tried to activate SIM card and transfer my number across. Keep getting an error ‘Please enter a valid password’. Have tried about 20 different passwords with no success. Customer Service options are limited and not responsive. Not going to bother ever again. Show details

Went to Woolworths to pick up the Everyday Mobile plan mentioned in this article (https://www.canstar.com.au/budgeting/woolies-kills-off-cheap-prepaid-deal/), but no the price is now $250 nearly a month earlier than the timeframe mentioned in the article. BUt it is still a good deal that's if you can find it on the rack. This is not the first time… Read more
I have found no stock of the product that undercuts the market (ACCC should investigate - but big retailers get away with murder, just look at the price of fuel). So now we have to buy a $2 SIM and a $250 recharge. Try to get this activated and its like pulling teeth, their process is so slack, half way through they ask you to connect your Woolworths Rewards and there is no way back. The entire system is so poorly designed. So I called Everyday Mobile customer service - simultaneously hopped onto the chat on my phone and started a chat on their website - none of them came through in the first 20mins that I restarted the whole process and managed to activate the SIM and start the rollover of the number. They could not make this any more difficult - looks like the three lil pigs were incharge of their design and development team. Or maybe they are supporting some Palestinian cause to have their digital assets built - it really make sme nervous to give Woolworths any information - buying groceries is as far as I will go with them, their security of data is a concern.

The disappearance of the 10% discount – I discovered last month (August 2024) that I wasn't getting my 10% discount. My daughter sent a message to you but was ignored numerous times. Finally last Tuesday I decided it was best to call you seeing as no one responds to the messages sent.… Read more
Holding on for 75 minutes before being put through to one of you so call customer service people was no fun at all. I asked the question why my 10% discount wasn't working on my everyday rewards card. I've been a mobile customer with everyday mobile since January 2019. The only reason I decided to go with Everyday Mobile was because of the 10% discount of which I have enjoyed for over 5 years until it stopped sometime in August. The first time I noticed it was In August but It might have been gone before that. The girl I spoke to asked way too many questions and the final result from her was that my everyday rewards card has NEVER been linked to my mobile account. I honestly though she was joking. Why on earth would I wait for over 5 years to all of a sudden ask why my 10% discount had stopped if I'd never had it before???? It's obvious to me that something or someone has messed with my account and deleted all the times I got discount off it. I Hope that makes you wonder. I did my 45 days of waiting for the 10% to kicked in back in 2019 then she tells me I have to wait 45 days again. The more I asked why when I'd been getting the discount all these years so why do I have to wait again? She said because I have NEVER had the discount. I told her I had but she kept insisting that I hadn't which to me was an implication that I was lying. By this time I was extremely irate She said she's linked my everyday rewards card to my mobile account and because I said I was going and hung up it wouldn't surprised if she took it off. I should of asked to speak to someone with authority or because of how irate I was she should have handed me off to someone else. I can guarantee you I am NOT a liar and I KNOW I've been getting the discount for years. Anyway I am boycotting everything Woolworths until my discount kicks in AGAIN which I shouldn't have to wait for AGAIN. I'm happy to shop at Coles for now. I've already shopped there twice this week. Woolworths is a multi billion dollar conglomerate who expects loyalty from their customers but aren't willing to have a reasonable CONTACT US system that works and is actually checked and customer care people who make implications that aren't true about a person they do not know. In all of this, I have done nothing wrong. My payment is automatically taken each month and I have NEVER missed a payment so I would like to know what happened on your end to cause all of this.
Follow-up · My experience with Woolworths since then has been fine I guess. Nothing serious enough to come here again. I've started shopping a bit more at Coles though. The resolution process for my case was simple enough, I believe only because I wrote a review in Product Review. Because of that I received a message in my inbox from Woolworths to discuss… Read more

Transfered from Aldi yesterday. As wanted smart watch access Biggest mistake ever. There customer service stinks. There MANDY service cut you of mid way there talking to someone. Then unable to get back in unless start all over again. Phone number took 1.5hr to talk to someone. Transferring service now to Tangerine instead, As they use Telstra as well and even cheaper
Update There been a lot of emails saying the will contact me by phone. But as usual nothing but more emails say Tuff and to transfer to Tangerine
I used the Everyday Mobile online form to buy an additional mobile plan for my wife. The result was they changed my plan to a more expensive plan - and then when I asked them to fix it they said they can't. I have worked in the IT industry for over 20 years so I know it is simply not true that they can't correct a mistake. Avoid using Everyday Mobile at all costs. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.

If you’re thinking about Woolworths Mobile, do yourself a favour and run the other way. This is, without exaggeration, one of the most incompetent, inflexible, DSP‑hostile telcos operating in Australia. Their “service” consists of automated debits that hit before your pay clears, instant suspension the moment their system hiccups, and absolutely… Read more
no functional way to contact them once they’ve cut your service off. No calls. No SMS. And their chat? A joke. You sit in a queue watching your number slowly tick down while nothing happens. It’s like waiting for a bus that never existed.
Woolworths Mobile has built a system where the moment they screw up, you lose access to your phone — the one thing you need to fix the problem. It’s circular incompetence. They disconnect your service, then demand SMS verification to reconnect it. Genius.
Their support channels are a maze of dead ends. Chat is slow, email is buried, and phone support is impossible because they’ve already cut your line. You end up stuck in a Kafka‑esque loop where the only thing you can do is stare at a suspended account and hope someone at Woolworths eventually decides to do their job.
Billing? Unpredictable. Customer service? Non‑existent. System design? Actively hostile to anyone who relies on DSP or has a fixed income cycle.
Woolworths Mobile is cheap for a reason: you’re paying with your sanity instead of your money.
Avoid this provider unless you enjoy being disconnected, ignored, and trapped in a support queue that moves slower than continental drift.

I’m unsure yet. I like the extra 10% off my shopping . It’s great with the other extra 10% off with Woolworths extra for $7 a month. only spent $40 on my mobile and $7 with Woolworths extra so technically it’s paying me but I joined with a $36 a month contract and have been charged $40 a month. Called twice, I definitely joined with my rewards number as I have received the 10% off but they told me I didn’t tell them I was a member so it’s my fault? Makes no sense. Still waiting for the refund and my bill to be what I signed up for .

Woolworths mobile is an absolute rip off. No unusual usage on phone and apparently I used 35gb of data over a 24 hour period! I opened a conversation with them via their app and they just terminated the conversation, before I could discuss the issue with them? Whatever you do, don't switch to Woolworths mobile. I've been a woolworths mobile customer for over two years. I use the 12 month pre-paid plan. The first & part of the second year included the 10% off shopping once per month. was move to another provider or stay with Woolworth (Telstra) as there's Optus providers at half that with an annual prepaid. I stayd with Woolworth believing to 10% off shopping per month was okay. After the change over I found out that does NOT apply for 45 days. What a joke, I've been a customer for almost three years! What an insult to loyal customers. I'm considering changing to a plan under $150 per year as I DO NOT need data. A dissatisfied customer.

support through the app and got no reply the first time for over a day. Second time only replied many hours later, totally missed the issue I was experiencing and ended the chat when I didn't reply straight away resolving nothing. And their response on productreview.com.au was unacceptable. I provided a way to contact me via email and they refused. Funny because when I filed the complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman straight after this interaction the Ombudsman was more than willing to contact me via email. So frankly no excuse from Everyday Mobile to reject this method of contact.
