Really enjoyed our visit to Alba. The whole place was beautiful, clean and very relaxing. There were lots of different pools to try and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. There were no unexpected fees after booking and everything was clearly explained. crews said you at the correct Wharf and perhaps the boat you are on is waiting for these boats to depart . Waited and waited and by now well past departure time . Tried to ring phone numbers on my paperwork and no answers .After realising something not right I looked through my emails to find a email from (all occasions cruises) the boat owner ( not Oz experience) showing changes to Wharf departure . Received that email at 5:30 pm while in car traveling to Sydney so did not get to see this notification ... Anyhow missed the cruise and dinner and seeing Vivid Sydney from the cruise . Next day rang experience OZ who said they understand my frustrations and will look into a refund ..Later in the day I received a email stating they would not refund because they sent email advising of changes .. Went back through my emails and in my Inbox , eventually found it in SPAM , tried to explain not my fault for not getting email and such important change information should be sent by SMS not email . SO NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER , USE THIS COMPANY OZ EXPERIENCE AT YOUR OWN RISK

I am 92 years old and made a genuine mistake and paid twice for tickets to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary for my granddaughter and her partner. I tried to use the second payment for 2 different people but nothing was possible. My case no. was 00873262. I certainly won't be using your company again!

Bought my 3 x grand children Sea World Day Passes. Easy process to order gift vouchers. You can add additional experiences like food, photos etc....Compared prices & Oz Experience is very competitive. I do recommend this site. Show reply

Good selection of activities with easy to use website. Prices are reasonable for most and the added discounts are very welcome. Transaction was seamless and digital voucher was quick. Instructions on how to use the vouchers was excellent and worked flawlessly. Show reply

We got to the island at 9:30. And we were not allowed to carry our own backpacks with our swimsuits off the boat. We waited on the beach for an hour while the staff loaded the hotels dirty sheets on to the boat and our bags were roped off so we couldn’t get them. Very sad and disappointing experience. We travelled all the way from Colombia with my elderly parents for this once-in-a-lifetime tour. We arrived 15 minutes before departure instead of the required 30 minutes because I missed the reminder message. I understand the safety policy, but it was heartbreaking that there was no flexibility, refund, or option to reschedule. A little compassion would have made a huge difference. Show details

Booked a Cathedral Cave Cruise from Tairu, New Zealand. Drove 2 and a half hours to do this the next day. Arrived at Tairu to receive an email stating cruise didn't run in Winter. Surely ExperienceOz should have known this before accepting our booking. We lost the opportunity to see Cathedral Cave as we only had the one day available. Booked a whale watching tour in Hervey Bay through Experience Oz. My first booking didnt work for some reason. I contacted them via Live Chat and Roniechelle was fabulous at sorting the issue. Immediately took action and then notified me via email when it was fixed for me to try again. It worked and I can't thank them enough for the best customer service i received!
