Easeness of website & clarity of product image & specs presentation – I havent received the goods i am giving a comment on easeness of using the website as the images & specs of the products were presented in clear and precise idea about the product size, how it looks like.

well. Was told by lighting style they just grab any screws out ofthe box. It is clear this is the case given what was used. The fixture is loose as a result and looks crap. AS illustrated. Lighting style using freight cost as excuse for not replacing, and stating its not warranty. GOODS WERE NOT SUPPLIED AT REASONABLE STANDARD for what is near $400.00 fixture.
Follow-up · Never received a thing. They denied they got item back, even though Australia Post confirmed was received. Was taking to Consumer affairs, but time has not permitted me to do so.

Terrible – Beware they will not accept returns. They are only interested in their reputation, not customer service.
Miss leading regarding shipping what you save on discount loose on shipping – I was lead to believe it was free shipping Didn’t happen
Choose carefully as they refuse any sort of exchange or refund – Sales support is great. Customer service is prompt. I spent almost $2000 on lighting and requested a small exchange or refund for some lights that did not look as great as I had hoped in real life and was outright refused. All reputable e-commerce companies have an exchange refund practice in place. This is hugely disappointing.

The elusive track light – Overall experience with website okay, though I felt there could have been a category for track lighting or multiple spot lights, would have saved a lot of time going through all ceiling lights. Couldn't find what I was looking for.
