The pool is fantastic, the company made sure the clean up was done properly and the handover was seamless. We had a great instructional afternoon with the companies rep on how to set up and run the filter and associated tasks.

My wife and I would like to thank the Fibreglass Pool Company for following through on what they promised and we have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone thinking about purchasing a pool.

Had nothing but issues with this company. The install guys were amazing but the office staff were rude and non responsive to issues. Received a letter after the completion that the company had gone into liquidation and no ongoing pool services that were part of the deal were going to be honoured. Offered a pile of chemicals and salt in return. Three years on. Still waiting for it!!!!!

If I could have selected a review below 1 I would have. Their dodgy instsllers made so many errors that the walls of the pool imploded. They then tried to blame the landscapers which was disproved by the QBCC inspector, even though they removed the pool from its hole before it could be inspected in order to cover up evidence of their incompetence.… Read more

Steer clear of the Slacks Creek branch. Brett the owner also denied the owners any assistance to fix the issue, leaving them with a massive added cost to reinstall the shell properly
