CPAP Victoria as it was supplied whilst I was in hospital and who recommended I get CPAP Victoria to review the device and return it to Resmed, the manufacturer, in need. CPAP Victoria was willing to do this however wanted to charge for the service, even though the machine is covered by warranty. Also wanted to charge for a loan machine whilst the review/repair was carried out. Quite rude and unhelpful. Certainly wouldn’t recommend them to those looking for such services.

I have been a customer of CPAP Depot for a number of years. The staff have always been very professional, kind and caring as well as being so easy to speak to. They are my number one CPAP store as they are just so friendly and helpful.

store is very stylish however this doesn't reflect in the pricing as it was very competitive. And the Airsense 11 Autoset is a brilliant machine and already my sleep quality has improved.

reviews when I rang to exchange or get a refund I was told that wasn't possible. I'd be careful buying from Sove CPAP as they will not exchange or refund even when the mistake is their fault. I'm not surprised to see I'm not the only 1 star review.

Poor business practice – I purchased one week ago, 24/9/24, the BMC CPAP machine because my old Phillip model is failing. Soon after my purchase from CPAP Club, I learned… Read more

that Phillip will replace my faulty machine under warranty due to a known fault. I called CPAP Club and after explaining the situation I kindly asked to accept the machine back as I would not need it. CPAP Club rejected my petition arguing that the package has been opened and in addition they are not selling this product any more. Obviously I opened the package for testing purpose only to assure the received machine works fine. I have not used it at all. It is more than obvious that the actual reason for rejecting to accept the machine back is because they are not selling this product any more. Poor business practice on the customer support side. On the positive side, the person transmitting this sad message was very polite and kind. Also the delivery was very efficient. Sadly the business practice and willingness to help the customer leaves a lot to say. My first time dealing with this company and certainly will be the last.

I have purchased several CPAP machines from this retailer over the years and all was well until yesterday. David in particular, had been helpful in… Read more

getting a replacement water reservoir for my ResMed Air 11 to me, which is still under warranty. Yesterday, I went to buy an F&P machine as backup as the ResMed machine's humidifier keeps playing up. I took back an older machine as trade-in for their 10% discount offer. In addition, I wanted to apply my 1745 rewards points, adding up to $155, which the company's message system advised needed to be used by 30 July. For whatever reason, they had split the rewards into several amounts ranging from $5 to $75, totalling the $155. When I asked to apply the total, they said that was against their procedure. Then they applied the $75 discount before deducting the 10%, which further reduced the discount for me, so that instead of $300, I received a discount of $207,40. Further, the receipt issued was incorrect, so that I could not submit it to my medical fund. The staff member who attended had to go to the back office to ask the manager for every question I asked, including to find out whether they could place the online order for the machine as they had none in store. It was altogether a very distressing experience, which dragged out to 45 minutes, with my community transport waiting outside.

Convenience and gold star service – A fantastic, convenient service, delivering CPAP and BIPAP machines to your door, setting up in your home, and explaining, educating and answering… Read more

all your questions.

The company only deals in leading brands that deliver the best features and provide the best support, and these devices and accessories can be purchased or rented - premium rental deals offering the best value. Accessories can be mailed. Post rental purchases are also an option at good rates.

I have a rare neuromuscular condition which causes weak diaphragm muscles, affecting my breathing at night - and this has been particularly hard to diagnose in sleep studies. Mobility issues and the fact that I don't drive mean the home service is absolutely so perfect for me.

CPCP2yourdoor's David has attended my home on several occasions, allowing me to try out different machines and masks to suit my particular problem, and this was invaluable in trying to determine which was the best fit for me. David is always so patient and professional and provides amazing customer support if you have any issues or questions.

I likely never would have tried any type of support device had I not had this option and I am so grateful I found this company as the machine (Philips Respironics BIPAP) has really changed my life.

Some machines are able to be controlled and data viewed remotely, so if you are not comfortable adjusting your machine settings, this is another great advantage.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their in-home service, product range, reasonable rates and amazing customer service.

Purchased on-line from Sove CPAP clinic (review to follow of their stellar efforts ….not). This machine isn’t that smaller than others I’ve seen/used so mini is a stretch. The buttons are poorly designed and I’m guessing, designed to fail. Press bubbles that went out in the 90’s. It’s cheaply made and it shows in every way. An urgent purchase due to Philips’ massive international screw up.
