Expiry is in 8 months and this could be better compared to another supplier I’ve used in the past - this is only an issue if ordering multiple packs to take advantage of free shipping. Price is reasonable. Labelling can be improved as it can be hard to identify which product is which - they use a generic bag with multiple product listings on the back with an expiry sticker in the relevant column. The white print on light coloured bag is very difficult to read. The company should definitely consider using a darker text colour.

However, this is where Gym and Fitness after-sale customers service comes in, they really live and breathe customer service (special call-out to Amory!). It was such a simple process to explain to them the defect issues, and within a day, their customer service team responded and advised on the replacement shipment!

To be completely transparent, I did drop the glasses once onto soft grass approximately three months before the crack appeared. However, I generally take very good care of my glasses, and the drop was very minor. Because the crack didn’t appear until months later, I’m not convinced that such a low-impact incident was the true cause of the failure.

The supplier believes the drop caused the damage, but I find that difficult to accept given the nature of the impact. It’s also impossible to completely rule out damage occurring during shipping before I received them, although there is no way to verify that either.

I’m not disappointed with the appearance or comfort of the glasses, but I am disappointed by what I consider to be a premature failure for a premium product. This is the first pair of glasses I’ve owned that has cracked in this manner.

I have owned several pairs of DITA frames over the years, many of which are older and have experienced far more knocks and accidental drops without any structural issues. Based on that experience, I personally believe DITA frames are of a higher build quality than Cazal.

Overall, I don’t believe the evidence supports the conclusion that a single, light drop onto grass was solely responsible for a crack appearing three months later. In my opinion, the failure is more likely related to the durability or quality of the frame than the minor impact itself

spectacles on 11 July 2026.I use the multifocal, the other 2 are for spare. After wearing the multifocal spectacles for a few days after collecting the spectacles on 11 July 2026, I discovered I have double vision when wearing that spectacle. I asked another spectacle company to look at it. That company on initial inspection told me there were no markings on the lens which is unusual and told me to take it back to Oscar WYLEE for their action. I lodged a complaint through their website on 16 July 2026 but have not received any response.

Avoid this online frame service at all costs. You risk receiving poorly made, unfit lenses with no option for a refund or fix. Instead, they blame customers for placing an “incorrect order.” They don't realise they are operating online and customer dont have privilege to check before order and it is their responsibility to make customer happy with the service.

My entire bad experience with this company could have been avoided if they had communicated better and maintained a properly functioning website.

Because of their poor service, I ended up wasting money on rubbish lenses. I had to throw away the lens order and temporarily continue using my old lenses until I could purchase new ones elsewhere.
