result. They ask you to text them but the text responses are generic and don't help. They claim you can submit a refund email claim and it will be processed on Fridays only. I did that, submitted everything by Friday and a refund hasn't been issued and they haven't responded to my email. I made sure I had attached all the evidence and photos. The email responses are condescending and unhelpful. On the plus side we have only had one fish die since getting them which I am grateful for, given the other reviews of bad stock. I will be surprised if we receive our refund. I wouldn't buy from them again and wished I had checked the reviews first.

In the past two weeks, we have purchased approximately $500 worth of fish from Aquarium Central ( In store).Unfortunately, more than half of these fish have since died, and our tank now shows dangerously high ammonia levels. Upon reviewing online feedback, it appears this issue is a recurring problem for many customers. As a result, we will not be making any further purchases from this company.

times more, but no fish. When I contacted them I was told they didn't have them. When I mentinoned that they had assured me of availability before, they said they might have sold in store. Doing so, evan after having accepted my money for them beforehand, would be standard practice and there preferred mo. Their attitude became rude and aggressive. They declared this is for the well fair of the fish, as outlined on their website (it is not) , and my fault if I don't understand. In my experience they are unlike any of the many other shop I have ordered before. So, if you buy online from them, you only buy an option to potentially aquire whatever is left over, come Wednesdays. Your mail order will always be served last. You cannot rely of how many, if any, or what fish you get. They take your money quick, but do not inform you when they don't ship, do not honor what they put on their website or tell you on the phone, and become rude and offensive when you inquire after the missing shipments and brazenly accuse you of ignorance and cruelty to fish. They have refunded my money in the end. I will never again order from them.
