again, although there's been a bit of a change with the materials now used with their 'updated' version. (1) The rubber base is made from a softer and more malleable rubber material, but it is thicker than previously. (2) The round hole on the base for the feed to be accessed is a lot smaller, so I had to enlarge it slightly to be same as before, because it was just too small to get anything through. (3) The webbing and straps are made from a thinner and lighter material, but the verticals all now extend right down the sides connecting the rubber base uprights. Which probably makes it stronger overall. Previously, only two straps extended down to the bottom. The thinner strap going over the neck now tends to curl after some usage. (4) The silver ring at the base (which is used for connecting a leading rope?) is 50 % smaller. Overall, the sizing is much the same, and it does the job okay. So, it's still the best feeding muzzle to buy at a competitive price. The Vet Shed were easy to deal with, and posted the two muzzles I ordered very quickly.

the door. Even though Vadar is still young, he developed CKD almost overnight to being one day away from dying. A very expensive SubPort Urethra Bypass surgery was performed. Successful but cat developed a antibiotic resistant bacterial infection and his blood and urine numbers were not good at all. I had heard of Ipakitin a few years ago and it was highly rated by vets. It is a white powder supplement that is available in a couple of sizes. Very good prices. There is a dosage spoon in container as dosage twice a day depends on weight of cat. Easiest way for me has been to mix it in with Applaws chicken flavour tins. He loves it so much and sets a world record for devouring it. He was diagnosed early Stage 4 renal failure. He has been on this regimen for 6 weeks. The difference in the cat is amazing. He eats ravenously, drinks heaps and wees often which a cat in renal failure is meant to do. And appears to be very happy and has put on weight. I can only put it down to this supplement as he received a very bad prognosis after his surgery. I know he can't be cured but if he can have a few years of quality time still left, then investing in this product has been well worth it. Totally would recommend Epakitin. Update July 2022 This is the second time I have ordered Epakitin supplement for cats from The Vet Shed. Previous order was early May. The company is very professional in their order processing. I used express post and again it arrived in 2 days. The 7 year old in renal failure continues to get better but only a blood test in a month's time will confirm what his renal levels are now. However just going on the cat's looks, demeanour and ravenous eating habits, I can only deduce that this is all attributable to the supplement. However, instead of them saying hey sorry about this can't help.

Cath went above and beyond my expectations. Cath had sourced the wormer and quantity I needed from interstate, but thought they might not get it here until next week. I was fine with that. It is Xmas time, so any delay is understandable.

But Cath is a legend, she emailed me Thursday (23rd Dec) morning to let me know she had put in an urgent transfer for me and that the wormer would be there later that day. Within a few hours I was sent an email to advise the package was on its way.

Today, the 24th I get a message from Aust Post letting me my package was here.

I can't remember the last time I had such amazing customer service, this is really next level customer service.

I will be buying all my dog products I need from TVS. I also HIGHLY recommend TVS.

Pig ears are the go to treat for my dogs. They are so excited when our parcel arrives. Plus the Kangaroo semi moist jerky is a big favourite with their friends at the dog park. Excellent quality & value. I order very regularly and am always impressed by quality and the great service from Vet Shed.

me to pay freight 3 times. The cost to return is more than the coat. It also took sometime to receive the coat. If you have an online store where people can’t try it on then you need a reasonable system for people to make returns. You’re basically making me keep a jacket that’s useless. I would suggest you buy an item from spark Paw and see how they resolve issues. Not only did they say they didnt get a refund/exchange request the response was basically gaslighting me. only 5 bucks and the price of the small pack was around $15more than the big variant from The Vet Shed. Shipping was not included in the price though, but the price of shipping still placed the price way below the price from the physical store I went to.

So a couple of purchases followed. I bought several stuff for my pup. Way cheaper than Amazon if you buy more than 1 piece. Shipping to my location only takes 2 days, Thus the Vet Shed is the better option for my pet needs given the value and the speed of delivery.

I purchased a thermo heated kitty pet bed for our cats through Vet Shed, they were the most direct supplier in Australia and had the best price. The bed arrived safe and functional and in time before the cold weather hit. The cats took to it right away, it's big enough for an adult cat and they loved it so much I bought another. Highly recommend the thermo heated kitty bed and to buy through Vet Shed

The pup teats I purchased didn’t really do the job too feed the puppies I saved but I didn’t know that until I tried using them to feed the pups! They got me out of trouble but someone told me to try a babies bottle and I haven’t looked back! I just didn’t realise the puppy teats were a bit too long and made them gag but thank you to the vet shed for getting the teats out to mess quick as they did!
